The providers I've seen, Dr Lee and Jessica Azad, were great. Jessica was especially warm and really gave me a thorough explanation of my health issues and options. Jessica's counsel helped me go into my medical procedure with less anxiety than expected. Dr Lee performed my procedure and used a bit of humor to make the procedure less scary. I read a lot of horror stories about the procedure but Dr Lee was efficient and skilled. No horrible pain or scary complications so far.

However, they can improve on scheduling more support staff. I think that a medical assistant said to me that they were short staffed when I last came in, but I could tell that everyone from the doctor and other staff were overextended. No one was bad at their job, but you could see people running around anxiously from room to room and the wait times were pretty long.

I was satisfied with my experience with Dr Lee. She referred me to a Oncologist last year to have my left ovary removed. Unfortunately, they had to do a second surgery to remove an abcess but after that I healed up very well. While doing the surgery they found a large fibroid in my uterus but the doctor said it was too large to remove and he would have to take out my uterus and did not have permission to do that. When I had my annual GYN appt with Dr Lee she said to leave them alone and they will eventually shrink but I would like to get a second opinion on that based on the size of the fibroid.

Dr. Sonya Lee has been my GYN for many years. She was always able to answer my questions and I trusted her calm and relaxed demeanor right away. Every staff was so nice, smiling, welcoming. I really felt like I was their only patient. I would highly recommend her and the clinic.
