Tell you driver who was in Virginia beach on Providence road at 4pm today to stop driving so aggressively. Cutting people off in traffic in a work vehicle is a horrible representation of your company!!

Overpriced and hard to communicate with. I don't recommend Superior Sprinkler System company.

We removed one of our sprinkler pipelines and rerouted one pipeline because we are putting in a deck and patio. The estimate came out to a little over thousand dollars (deck guys said they can do for $800 total ($400 each)). I decided to go with Superior Sprinkler since they installed our sprinkler system from the beginning and they know where all the lines are.

However, the actual bill came out to twice the estimate they gave us. The estimate says in small writing with "A separate estimate may need to be done upon completion of the job to evaluate rest of system". Who would think a normal work will cost double the original estimate?
We emailed back and forth for a many times and we ended up getting a 50% discount for the second estimate in ADDITION to the first estimate amount.

They rerouted one of pipelines but the end of the rerouted pipeline actually is cutting into under the deck ground area where we initially asked the technician to stay far from because the patio will be built there, so we asked them to reroute it completely outside of beneath the deck area as originally asked, but they sent me another estimate of $1000 for that work, which they didn't do right in the first place. I offered to pay 50% of that estimate even though they messed up, but they refused.

Very disappointed and frustrated with them.

We just installed a sprinkler system on our property and they did a great job. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and professional during his visits. They really ensure that you are completely satisfied with their service and rectify a situation if you are not happy. The system works great and I look forward to a great lawn this year. I've been a customer since 2011 - always found them reliable and cost is reasonable. no complaints. crews are always normal nice hard working people. typically use them for spring turn up and winterization as well as repairs of the underground sprinkler system

I've had Superior for just over a year since we moved to a new house with a system (never had sprinklers before). They have been great! Each time they come to either winterize / turn on the system, they have been polite and helpful. The lead tech has explained what they have found during their inspections (i.e. any broken lines, etc.) and even asked if I needed help to find the interior shut off valve (which I did - since I didn't know there was a separate one specifically for the system). Superior also helped me with the readjustment of sprinkler heads and the installation of a new controller which is smart phone enabled and tied into the weather reporting to help conserve water and lower costs. I've been happy with my Superior service!
