Great staff that are very friendly and sociable. I went there recently and got a trim on my hair. Yes, it's pricey, but you're paying for a good quality haircut and treatment. They wash your hair and style it. I was left with beautiful curls and amazing smelling hair. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to treat themselves.

I have been nothing but happy with the 2 stylists I have been to at Regis in Brookfield. My original stylist moved out of the county and she recommended Jasmine. I have been thrilled with my color and cut after every appointment. It took me a few salons in the Milwaukee/Brookfield area to finally be incredibly happy.

We went here today to get just a simple trim. We got their almost 5 minutes early and our time was at 2:30 we were told that the stylist was running behind and would be another 30 minutes. Should have trusted reviews I ended up going somewhere else

Bad Experience ! Would not recommend anyone to go there unless they need a basic trim..which I think one can get it from any other cheaper place .Felt bad that i recommended a friend here and made her loose her $$..should have trusted the previous bad reviews on this place on google.Total TIP OFFHorrible :(

Went in for an eye brow wax. The lady took of section by section of each eyebrow. Instead of swift wax. Took her like 20 mins. Then she left one eyebrow thinner then the other and it's so obvious. Will NEVER go here again.

I made an appointment, arrived at 2:20 for my 2:30 appointment, and was told by an older lazy woman that I was put in for 2:15. She couldn't take me because she had to leave. I sat around until nearly 3:00 and all the while watched this lady who had to leave sit there talking. She finally left at 3. I was in for a simple trim. No color, just a trim.and she was too busy. The girl I finally did get was great to my surprise. A simple cut while I was catching after Christmas sales was very disappointing. Take heed.
