Working with Regency Home Remodeling was one of the best user experiences we have ever had when using a home contractor. Bruce and Sam Pinsler were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well organized. We did an extensive bathroom and hall closet remodel and the team we were assigned were the best craftsman we have ever worked with. Max, Bogdan or Peter, were there every day and always on time! We couldn't be happier with the result. We also had access to Regency's first-rate plumbing, cabinetry, tile and fabrication suppliers!. We also plan on remodeling our kitchen in the near future and Regency will be on the top of our list when that time comes!

A tad on the expensive side but you 100% get what you pay for. They are prompt, do great, timely work, and stand by their work for years to come. They finished my bathroom 2 years ago and are willing to come replace a fan for me at no charge even though it is a manufacturer warranty claim and no fault of Regency). Sam is a great manager; he has been from the start and still is 2 years later!

We had a very positive experience with Regency Home Remodeling. They recently remodeled two upstairs guest bathrooms and our Master bathroom. We were thrilled with the outcome.

Bruce developed the proposal, and his son Sam ran the jobs for us. Both were a pleasure to work with. Sam was always very responsive with all of the day to day specifics which were important to us. The guys who did the work are very experienced and skilled at the various trades and we found them to be courteous. All of the workers cleaned up each night and respected our home. Both the workers and Sam were very accommodating and were eager to do whatever was necessary to please us.

Regency recommended great suppliers to us and had us deal with specific people that they know at those places (tile company, bathroom fixture company, cabinet designer). All of these people were very efficient in helping us pick out what we needed.

Their prices were fair. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the workmanship was great quality and we love our newly remodeled bathrooms.

I recently used Regency Home Remodeling for a bathroom remodel. The entire team was great from the first visit to help me plan the remodel all the way through to the final activities of hanging mirrors and shelves. Everyone did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with the results. The remodel involved removing walls, replacing all major fixtures (tub, shower, vanity, lights, etc.). The guys were on time each morning and cleaned up the rooms before leaving each day. Sam did a great job overseeing the entire operation. I highly recommend Regency!

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Regency on our first family home. We needed a major kitchen remodel and some other related electrical and plumbing work. We were overwhelmed with where and how to begin. I had a good feeling about Regency from the first phone call to ask for an initial estimate. I spoke with someone immediately (PJ) and he was not only friendly but set us up for an initial meeting with Bruce as soon as possible. Bruce walked us through our options and was refreshingly upfront about costs and honest about what was needed and what was optional. We had an old oddly shaped kitchen and Bruce and the kitchen designer Iwona came up with designs that maximized use of the space while keeping things open and inviting. Seriously – I love everything from the lighting, the newly framed window with sink and pendant light, to the cabinets with space saving ideas that I would have never thought of. Bruce helped us navigate what to look at with the venders and how to stay within our budget. When it came time for work to start, the team was FANTASTIC, especially Greg. Everyone was polite and extremely detail oriented with their work. Even the inspectors complemented the work during inspection. That’s another reason that we’re so happy with Regency. They do the work correctly, to code, and you don’t need to stress about it later. We have been so pleased with the kitchen work that we’re about to have Regency remodel the laundry room. So, Regency is solid enough that we’re already repeat customers.

Bruce and his crew were great! The bathroom turned out beautiful and we are loving the new space. Friends and family have also commented on how great it turned out. The crew showed up on time, and were great about cleaning up and protecting the home. We could not have been happier with the recommendations for tile, fixtures, glass, stone, etc which Bruce put us in contact with. A pleasure to deal with, and would definitely hire again for other future projects. Being a home inspector by trade, I was skeptical that any contractor could live up to my standards and attention to details. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Bruce and his team at Regency did a great job on our kitchen remodeling project and we really enjoyed working with them! They were professional, friendly, and thorough. Their kitchen designer showed great attention to detail, the vendors they worked with provided quality materials, and the crew was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They provided a proposal for the total cost up front, and although it was a little more than we initially wanted to spend, it was nice to have a guarantee that the project would not exceed this amount. We are very happy with our new kitchen and I will definitely consider using them for future remodeling projects! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors!

We had a great experience with Bruce and his team. They remodeled our downstairs including our kitchen, floors and powder. The quality of work was excellent. Bruce was easy to contact and very present through every step of the process. The guys who did the work were skilled, clean and friendly. We chose Regency above our other options mostly because Bruce seemed very knowledgeable, organized and promised not to "nickel and dime" us throughout the process since we aren't handy and had no idea what the job would require. He stayed true to his word and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and how everything worked out!

Bruce and his team were great. Involved from design through finish. Bruce showed us multiple design options. Bruce runs the project and communicates the entire way. The quality of work was excellent and I would use them again tomorrow and certainly will when we have our next bathroom project. We did a complete gut job on our master bath and had a lot of tile work and it looks fantastic.
