Last time I went (Star Wars, The Last Jedi), the theater opened late. The employee responsible was either sick, or had other problems. The hardest part about this is that the place is clearly understaffed, but those who work there are friendly and apologetic. The theater itself is in good condition, though. Price is decent as well.

Wasn't sure what to expect based on inconsistent reviews but was very pleased. Clean facility. Plenty of staff so no lines. Theater was comfortable overall. Sound and 3D experience were awesome. Theater was slightly cold but I had brought my jacket so wasn't a huge issue. Popcorn was awesome. Prices at snack bar were comparable to other theaters. Only wish Savannah had dreamlounger seating like the Wisconsin theaters I am used to.

What I most love about this theater is the low matinee prices; although I wish the theater seats were a bit more comfortable.

Always clean, good sound, and no tiny screens. Plus, $5 Sundays! Normally I'm an AMC guy, and there's one next door but other than the giant screen it has no benefit over this place, so I go here now and I never regret it.

Went about a week ago for the new Kingsman movie, it was a late feature like 7:30, it was pleasently filled with people not over crowded (the whole theater) maybe 2 rows worth of people spread out actually within the Kingsman room. The prices of the tickets are great only $9-$10, but the food was pretty pricey, though i cant reallly complain because "large" items are actually massive. The movie quality was great, chairs were just average, comfortable. Will definitely go here again or the AMC next door, 2 best theaters here. Im a big movie goer and will definitely drive 20 mins to get this experience over the other theaters in Savannah

Nice theater. Not always staffed fully, which causes unnecessary lines. But it's clean, has a large parking lot, and good projection equipment and speakers.

It's way too expensive for the service. There was no one at the counter to take my ticket for the movie. The movie ticket was 9 bucks. The only good ting was the large drink and soda that had a free refill. Which btw was huge. You can share with someone you love

Other theaters I've been to (Atlanta, Connecticut, Massachusetts) offer more comfortable seats and flavored popcorn!

Went to see Wonderwoman and the ac is put. I go every week for the Tuesday special and there is always something going on. Most of the time you can guarantee the screen will blackout or the movie completely stop. They just need to shut down and remodel.

Horrible !!!! Me and my daughter had plans to go see Beauty in the Beast 3D tonight at 10pm and our experience was the worst. I'll admit we got there a little after 10pm about 10:20 but that's OK we figured we would just skip the previews no big deal right? Wrong!
So we get our tickets and proceed to the concession stand ordered the zap pack . The picture advertised popcorn, drink , fruit snacks and go go squeeze. So we get it popcorn is stale and very cold and the applesauce was missing, I asked about it and was told it doesn't come with it and it would be extra. OK fine no big deal however they shouldn't advertise it like that. Any how as we proceed to the movie there was no one there to take our ticket at the little booth so we wait a few then return back to concession to see what's up and where to get the 3D glasses, he directs us back to front. Go to front asked about glasses and she looked at me like I was stupid and said ohh! you didn't say you wanted 3D, did you wants 3D? the tickets are more. At that point I'm thinking regular one started at like 930pm we got here after 10 why the hell would I buy tickets for a show that started an hour ago? By now I'm just agitated and just asked for a manager, thinking he would fix the problem nope refunded my money looked at me like I was stupid and was not apologetic at all. We will never go back there again. EVER!!! Bunch of clowns running that place.

It's a nice theater. Good size auditoriums. The staff is quick and friendly and the popcorn is fresh. Their snack bar has a great variety of items to choose from. All snack items are ridiculously overpriced, but that seems to be an industry standard.
The reason I gave them 3 stars and not more is the strong smell of urine that slams you in the face when you first enter the actual auditorium. I seriously recommend new carpets or a geek steam clean of what they have. Ironically, the bathrooms are clean and smell clean.
