Whenever I need to get away, this is my spot. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and superb amenities all at an affordable price. Great location, too!
I love their waffles that they have for breakfast. And I love how they always make sure you are comfortable.
Horrible experience. Paint falling off walls. Carpet is Not connected correctly and bunches. Room stinks to extremes and I have even tried air fresheners and candles. Door security to room is extremely questionable. And prices are too high for the quality you get. When I come back to the area I will definitely look elsewhere.
Of the more affordable hotel/Inn's, in Hinesville, Baymont is the best. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for; there's nicer places in the area, but the prices are significantly higher. I've stayed here for several months and have found the staff to be very interested in making the customers comfortable.
Place is in great need of renovation. Wouldn't recommend unless you're into the Motel 6 experience.
Rooms were clean. Easy to find. Has a pool. Good quality for the price paid. Soda machines don't have diet soda.
If I could give -5 stars I would. I stayed at the Baymont on 11-13 July 2017. While I was out looking for a house to stay in because we had just PCSed here I got a call saying I needed to hurry and return to get my stuff out of the hotel because they had other guest. I was confused because we had already extended the room - the caller was very rude and threaten to put all of my items outside which included my English bulldog! The next day we decided to check out because the hotel was FILTHY there had been wet potato chips and cookies sitting in the water fountain for two days. Then lastly my wife woke up with BED BUG BITES all over her damn arms. Of course they refused to help us. DO NOT STAY HERE
Delicious continental breakfast in the mornings, wonderful customer service , and comfortable beds. Air conditioning to help keep you cool during the hot summer days.
My experience with the Baymont Inn, was very satisfying very cleand, the staff courtesy very good. And the breakfast is good.the. accommodation is good
Price is even better. Iwill recommend it.
Hotel staff was unfriendly. They charged our card twice and told us there was nothing they could do but wait for the bank to reverse it. They were rude from the start. There was rarely anyone at the reception desk. I've always had warm and friendly experiences with hotels, but this one had no interest in hospitality. Our questions were always met with short and cold responses. When we first got to the hotel the receptionist was outside smoking. She followed us in and acted as if we were an inconvenience. 20 min before checkout one of the staff came and knocked on our door and coldly asked if we were leaving or staying another day. When we went to check out the receptionist took our keys and with no eye contact said "have a good day" and turned her back to us. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all.
The room was barely clean. There is an awful bleach smell everywhere. They say they offer non-smoking rooms but all of the rooms smell like smoke. On top of that, almost all of the lights in the room did not work. The vending machines in the hotel don't work or are sold out. The staff is almost non existent. It can be confusing to find this hotel as it is not on the main strip and there are no signs telling you that you are approaching any hotels. Overall, I had a poor experience but this hotel would be tolerable for a one night stay.
We purchased a suite. Room smelled like old cigarettes and the bathroom was filthy. The desk in our room had caked on food and stains on it. We told the front desk, but she said she was going to tell house keeping in the morning. My wife had to get cleaner and clean the bath and table herself. Nothing was done the night.
The next day we got another room, and it was better. Much Better!!
I'm accustomed to staying at Hilton hotels.
Don't get me wrong and I do not want to be harsh. A hotel can be older, but at least it can be clean.
The staff was nice, and that was a plus.
