Work was done incorrectly the first time. Had to be taken apart and put back together the day i was suppose to pick it up. And aliment that takes 20mins has taken days. Told it would be ready the next day, then the next day, then the next day. The women were kind and understand.

My wife and I are 100% satisfied with our business with Mach1. The staff is an amazing group along with the GEICO rep who got the rental car for us.

During the whole process Mach1 kept my wife and I up to date with the work along with photos so we knew what stage the car was at in the repair cycle.

No up selling and no phone calls trying to juice us for more money. I enjoyed the fact that they saw my wife was still a little shook up from her accident and the just made her comfortable that her car was in good hands, but moreover, they made it a point to ensure she was doing well.

I am actually thinking about taking my suburban down to them for a paint job. Great job Mach1, keep up the great work. I think a few business around Hinesville/Savannah could take a few classes from your front desk to see what customer service is.

This place does Great work, they work hard for their customers. Although there was a small problem it was fixed within reason. These are professionals and they know exactly what they are doing. Their work speaks for itself. This rating is solely for Mach 1 Body shop in Hinesville and I give them 5 stars! If something isn't right they will make it right but they do get very busy so you do have to be patient.

We had a wonderful experience at Mach 1 -- from Appointment for Estimate, to Service & Repair, to Rental & Return it was a five star location! I will definitely remember them if I have another need for their services.

All in one building we were helped by Mach 1, The Insurance Adjuster, and an Enterprise Rental lady. The car was ready and waiting for us in the parking lot. And what a car!! We rode in luxury! Unlimited miles no extra cost!

The Insurance Company you have to deal with makes a huge difference though. GEICO really treated us right for one accident, but while neither accident was any fault of ours USAA was plain dirty from start to finish!

This place sucks. The owner is extremely rude. He came out and barely looked at the car and said it was totaled. It's not. Not by a long shot. Also if you want to bring in your own parts and have them put them on, they wont do it. Instead they'd rather charge you an arm and a leg. I will never go back to this place. If you want quality service, go to nacon. They will work with you!!!
