Tried out the new recliners wonderful! Considering I was in the front row of Jamanji it was nice to recline back and not have a stiff neck when I left. I just needed to remember to sit back up a little more to take a drink. Can't wait for the next visit.

Normally a good theater but today their projector was down until several complaints. They got it started right as the movie was set to start. They are also going to have reserved seating soon with recliners. Not sure if I will like that. Depends on how it works.

I went to see Annabelle: Creation tonight with my boyfriend. We usually go to Franks Theatre in Blacksburg for obvious reasons. During the movie we could hear sound effects coming from the theatre behind us. This made it hard for me to even concentrate on the movie that I paid $22 to see. While the movie itself was good, I will never go back. We tried it tonight for the first time in years, what is weird is that it was never like this before franks opened whats the deal?!?!

Good cinema hall, could be a bit more clean but it wasn't an issue. Food takes quite a time to be made. Good screen with good sound. Enough parking place.

I love coming here! The theaters are clean, the service is friendly, the prices are on par with other Regal theaters, and they don't do that stupid thing where you have to pre-select your seat

The movie volume was extremely loud. I'm 29 and like loud music and movies but this was another level entirely. Completely ruined my movie experience. I wouldn't mind the high prices but when multiple people have their fingers in the ears, the any movie would be completely unenjoyable. I did however brought it to 3 people's attention. The theater attendant, the ticket salesman, and guest services, and I was told it would be turned down by everyone. Unfortunately no noticeable change was made. If I have to consider earplugs for a movie theater, I think I'm going to the wrong place.

Very nice facilities and service. However the prices are very high. If you are looking for a good time and are willing to spend a lot of money, come here.
