  1980s renovations and small but you are doing WRONG if you're in Key West at the movies!

  Old, worn out venue, but clean inside the theater. Movie picture quality and sound were great as expected. Didn't want to risk eating anything so I can't speak of the concessions. Needs updating.

  Attendant was rude. Paid 33 for movie 16 for snacks. Went for refill was waiting side as manager in past had told me do. Attendant finally acknowledged me after serving two guests and told me I had to get in line. Now of course the line had more people. When I got to the counter she said she did not like my attitude and was not going to serve me. Spoke with manager he then filled popcorn. Lousy experience returned to movie but was upset and could not enjoy movie. What a waste of 50 bucks.

  Smaller cinema. Always clean and prompt. Very avid about security and keeping it safe.offer a good variety of the latest movies

  508% markup on glass wine?!?!? Price gouging at its finest. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! Management here is absolute garbage

  Regal Cinemas has movies I want to see on a big screen and it is clean, otherwise there is really not much to recommend.
  Some staff are friendly and polite, others surly. It is overpricedbut then most movie theaters are.
  There are only 2 movie theaters in Key WestThe Tropic and Regal Cinemas. I have a membership to the Tropic and despite the annual fee, it is worth every penny.
  Where Regal Cinemas are concerned, I just feel the people of Key West deserve better.

  Too expensive. The seats need to be elevated because peoples heads block part of the screen. When you use the bathroom, anyone can see you through the huge cracks in the stalls. Its pretty much the only option so I dealt with it since my husband couldnt wait for movies to come out on Blu-ray. The seats are also extremely uncomfortable.

  IT IS THE ONLY MOVIE THEATER IN KEY WEST, APART FOR TROPICAL CINEMA WHICH IS IN THE OLD PART OF TOWN. I USUALLY WATCH MOVIES HERE. SNACK ARE PRETTY EXPENSIVE THOUGH. BUT AREN'T ALL MOVIE THEATER SNACKS EXPENSIVE?

  3 stars for the general appearance and cleanliness of the place. It can be improved.
  Staff were friendly and restrooms were clean.
  Definitely should be brought up to speed like other regal theaters.
