  Please be informed that this theater is CLOSED until further notice because of damage from Hurricane Irma. This is the reason that online ticketing has been unavailable since the hurricane struck Naples on September 8. It's galling that this information is so difficult to obtain -- I had to drive to the theater and read the sign posted on the front door to find out. Even the Regal Cinemas web site contains no mention of this fact.

  This place needs an update so badly that the last time I sat in there for a movie I questioned if my own home theater was at least 2x better

  Every time I want to see a movie the online ticketing is down and you're not able to see anything any times or any movies and there's no way to contact them while I think about getting this fixed it's been like three years now with the same problems

  Great location for movies. Walking distance to plenty of different restaurant, casual and otherwise. A new entrance was recently added making parking easier during busy hours. The theater was unusually cold.
  
  *Note* This theater hosts Fathom events, most recently the Studio Ghibli movies.

  Nice place but little understaffed 1 guy running the concession stand and we waited 30 min to get served. The line was wrapped all the way to the end! Time to get on the radio and call on hands on deck!! Saw other employees walking around. Kudos to the one person doing they kept their composure. Mgmt problem not their fault!

  Back in 01 I worked there. It was nice but now it is great. No long line not a lot of teenagers running around making noise in the movies. Every 3 months i m in naples I take my kids to see a movie there. I really like the fact they finally hire disable people in that place. That's two thumbs up in my book!

  Excellent selection of movies - theater is clean, well laid out, overall a good experience. Only negative are the seats - non-reclining and uncomfotable. Need an upgrade immediately to get a 5 star rating.

  Overall this theater is really good. They have 20 screens, lots of choices at the concession, and everything is clean. However, they don't have any reclining seats which a couple of years around have now. Also, it's one of the older theaters and it's showing. Paint is fading. And when the lights are on, the walls and carpet look old. But, if you're there for the movies, most everything else is fine, not the worst, not the best.

  Theatre chairs could have been cleaned better. I left with a chocolate stain on my pants from the chair. The chairs could be more comfortable if they reclined, even slightly. The experience was good besides that

  The theatre was full of teenagers screaming, laughing, and yelling rudely. I could barely hear the movie. None of the managers or ushers did anything to stop it. Even police officers stood by and watched. No one was kicked out and I was not refunded. Not to mention the manager was completely unapologetic and unprofessional and the movie was extremely overpriced. Terrible movie experience. Pay the extra $2-3 and go to a more upscale theatre in Naples. This was trash.
