Roomy but smelly. Nice gym. Free washers and dryers. For a little extra money Residence Inn down the road is much nicer and has a hot breakfast buffet every day and free evening receptions Monday-Wednesday

This is my 2nd stay here and well it's a different location I still very much enjoyed it as I did the 1st time. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the other location had DVD players n movies to rent and this one did not but that's my only complaint soo far

We stayed here during hurricane Irma. The India guy and women who work front desk were beyond very rude on many days we spent there. There were several people who stayed there also complained. They also over charged me as well as it took me to get my bank to get them to give me back my deposit. They also were very rude when asked for more tp and towels after my 3rd day being there. It was clean but staff beyond rude, didnt care bout there guests. If I were you id spend your $ somewhere else!

A bit too expensive; our tub wouldn't drain on it's own. Bed pushed to far to the wall.

Overall my experience was good everything was clean and modern. Excellent Channel selection with included Wi-Fi (which I did not utilize). Shampoo was better than average. The AC unit was adequate for temperature control but left what felt like a bit if excess humidity. My room on the third floor had a very faint smell of smoke even though it is a smoke free facility, although it was very faint. Check in and check out we're quick and easy.

We traveled with our baby and luckily everything was quiet! Even though it is near a major road, it is located off a smaller road with a surrounding tree line that makes it seem much more private. There was no traffic noise that we could hear. The room was nice and cool when we arrived. Everything was clean. Parking is very easy and plentiful. It did fill up a bit more than we expected at night compared to the daytime yet we didn't have a problem finding a space. The front desk seemed friendly. We didn't use the other services on site but there is a laundry room and gym with easy access. The elevator is fairly close to those amenities. All in all we look forward to staying again on our next trip to Fort Meyers.

There isn't an AC unit in the bedroom portion of the suite so it got pretty warm in there. Also, the microwave didn't seem to work right and the TV remotes were all messed up. One controlled the volume while the other controlled the channels. They were the exact same remote. It was weird. But it was cheap so what can you expect? For just one night, it was good enough.

Clean room, the mattress and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with bare minimum, but you can borrow items from the front desk if needed. Very pleasant stay.

We had such a great stay here. Beds were so cozy, rooms were clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The price was right. I would strongly recommend staying here.
