I love this winery for their wine! Everyone will be able to find a wine they like. I have had 3 awesome pourers, one girl not so much (not as enthusiastic and didn't explain any details of the wine, just poured), but it dosent take away from the yummy wine. I love when you go and learn so much about wine. The wine club is an amazing deal. Recommend this to everyone!

My girlfriend and I sampled some wine from Casa Larga at the Rochester Public Market one Sunday and decided to purchase a bottle for that evening. The person doing the tasting was very nice, but after we paid she mistakenly put the wrong wine in our bag (a less expensive bottle though we paid a few dollars more for the right one). We only realized the mistake when we got home.
I called the wine shop to let them know, I didn't expect anything--what were they going to do? We live downtown 25 minutes away. I just wanted to prevent the mistake from happening to others. I figured there was an outside chance they'd offer me a small discount on our next bottle or something.
Instead, Jim answered the phone and was super nice, apologized (not that it was anyone's fault, these things happen) and offered to DELIVER the correct bottle we paid for to our house after he got off of work. We were very grateful that he went above and beyond--we could have made do just fine--and he even made sure to bring it chilled.
We've had experiences with Casa Larga in the past ranging from average to good, but we both have a newfound respect and admiration for their wine and their business. We'll be back for sure.
    Thanks Jim!!

Bought 3 of the wine infused lip balms. OMG I love the favors. And now you guys have the scrubs to match, best gifts ever. Customer Service was great ' they were upbeat and happy to explain everything, lots to do in Fairport

Came to Casa Larga as the last stop on our Canandaigua wine trail pass. Large place indoors and actually one of the most crowded looked like a lot of last minute Christmas shopping!

Our pass allowed us to try 5 from the 'regular list' and 3 from the reserve list (amazing offer), so we took our time and enjoyed our tasting. Ordered a cheese plate to accompany us-- included samples of 3-4 cheeses and crackers. A bit lackluster and below average, but seemingly still satisfied we were really hungry.

Didn't buy any wine to go, but our service was really really great. Our servers were very thoughtful and spent a good portion of their time giving us restaurant recommendations along with advice on the best grape pie in the area :)

I just recently went to Casa Larga and the service was terrible. We waited for over ten minutes between each pour, the women glossed over us as if we weren't there and the woman who was originally serving us left mid service because her shift ended and we had to wait for another woman to realize we were still in the middle of pours. There were not that many people there, and the fact that we basically had to ask the servers to pour out next drink was ridiculous. Also the cheese platter was so sad and depressing, especially paying 7$ for 5 crackers and 4 pieces of cheese with some raisins. The only good part about this place is the landscape and the one sangria wine. Other then that the wine was average and nothing to boast about.

Place looks nice from the outside, but when you get inside the disaster begins. The wine is average at best, the tasting room is small given the size of the building so beware of crowds. Now the fun part, no pun intended.. The check out register. The line took FOREVER, for like 10 to 12 people? They only have one register and no one knows how to use it. Great place to go if you like a 10 minute tasting and to wait in line 40 minutes to pay for it!
