Beds were very low and uncomfortable. Breakfast was supperb though. New beds and I would recommend this hotel as best in Batavia.

Way too close to the hiway. Noise all night long. Internet is hard to connect. Didn't have extra blankets.

This was very good hotel, great service, comfortable beds awesome breakfast, wondering why i gave them 1 star.. well be careful when u hand them your credit card..i stayed one night got 2 rooms on my way to Niagara falls..they charged my card 3 times, called them up and got answered its normal—what? They said it can take up to a month for a refund while i will be paying finance charges to the bank..i travel a lot all over the world..but this was new to me!! Still waiting for my money filled a claim with credit card company for unauthorized chargesthats how u turn a very good experience into a very bad onegood job Holidays Inn

Room had no desk or proper furniture in it. Very strange and basically empty. Also, there was a terrible smell in the property. Clerk said he'd add IHG rewards number to my stay and did not. I asked for the points to be added via the IHG Rewards website. They asked for lots of additional information (not just my name, the hotel name and the date of stay like every other chain) - I needed street address of hotel, confirmation #, exact room rate paid. I did not have it and the hotel is not able (or willing) to send me a copy of the receipt via email. Not interested in this hotel or any IHG property from here on out. Too many places do too well (Marriott, Hilton, Westin, etc.)

The hotel was nice. The price averaged at 160 a night. I found it interesting that when my wife called the hotel was entirely booked except for the suits. That did not reflect what their website said. Less than 5 minutes later I called and the regular room was available. For that price I was expecting the room to be cleaner. Their was pink mold around the edges of the shower. It's not dangerous or anything but it shows a lack of using cleaners consistently.

After finding bugs in the bed at the nearby best western, I came here to stay to find out they were sold out for the night. The front desk gentleman cancelled his own room he had saved since he had to be there to work so early so I could have it. Top notch service here! Everyone was so welcoming!

Did not actually stay there. Visited a relative who was. Looked clean. Friendly staff (one guy that I saw). Relative had a mix up with rooms originally but was sorted out.

My reservation ended at the call. Never have I ever dealt with such a rude front desk person at any hotel. I called to attempt a reservation for a king suite under state rate. The woman who picked up was so rude, short tempered and unfriendly that I considered hanging up on her but actually gritted my teeth and wished her a good evening. I'm sure not all the staff here are as unpleasant but she's definitely ruined this hotel for me. My coworkers and I will never stay here.
