This was the best place to watch movies too Riverwatch opened. This place is almost 20 years old. Imax is not the best and the seats don't recline. They have added bar that serves alchohol and some of the theaters recline and they have assigned seating. The worst is the concession this has a great variety but can take you 30 min plus to order and get your food. They need to have self serving drinks and a pick up location for slower items.

Good matinee pricing. The concessions were as expensive as any other theater, but that's really the only way that they make money. The staff was prompt and friendly, the recliners in the theater are fantastic, and everything was clean.

They've upgraded the theater! Online payments, QR codes to scan, a bar (which I'm not too find of), reserved seating! It's nice. They have sensory friendly showings too. Lowered volume and not-so-dark lighting. Autism friendly. Keep up the good work!

Looks like the theater needed to have the seats refurbished. The head rests were cracked and split. The sound was really good and better than expected. We didn't have time to check out the imax side. I really wish we had time to check it out.

Slow slow slow. 20 minutes in the ticket line, 25 minutes to get nachos. It definitely takes away from the movie experience.

Update: Since I've been coming here regularly I need to update. Great rewards program, great recliners, waits depend on what time you go.

Horrible Experience:

They had no food because they close the kitchen at 10 30 even though they offer late movies. They even stop making popcorn so if you come late they don't have fresh popcorn and serve you stale popcorn at full pricethen I get to the actual viewing room for my movie and the seats that i picked at the register were taken (why even offer picking your seat if people are going to sit where ever they want anyway) on top of that people were talking though the whole movie not even wishpering the entire experience was ruined and it felt like a waste of money if I was anyone I would definitely go to a different movie theater who actually enforces their rules and who still has at least fresh popcorn since they're still showing movies. now I definitely understand why people sneak in their own food and drinks even though its against theater policy.

It's a very nice and comfortable and also inexpensive. It's just like sitting at home relaxing and watching a movie with family or even alone. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

I enjoyed myself. I felt like there should've been better signs for the bathroom. But the chairs were absolutely fantastic! Really made my film that much more enjoyable.

I am a stickler for customer service & the teamwork was on point. I arrived 10 minutes early for an 8pm movie. yes behind but not too bad. The concession stand line was super long with only 3 cashiers. A manager walked by & then there was 4. 2 minutes went by another manager walked by, then 5. Then 6, then 7! I loved it! They were all working together, they were watching the crowd and anticipating what needed to be done, taking initiative & getting us into our seats! if you like your popcorn layered Oliver is a beast! He made my popcorn/ butter/ popcorn/ butter/ popcorn/ butter perfect! I was in my seat by 8:05 only missed one preview! The ticket gurl even gave exact directions, which actually helped bc my marquee wasn't scrolling when I got around the corner.I love a place where people actually do their jobs, and do it well! Great customer service is key to me spending my money!

UPDATE: The staff here are HORRIBLE! They are slow and inattentive and no one ever seems to be paying attention. I have been to multiple shows where the lights have stayed up during a movie, audio cuts off and switches over to the pre-show track, and the screen has even remained blank while the movie played! All these instances occurred at premium Fathom Events which already cost more than normal, yet the staff doesn't care at all! The ONLY saving grace are the new seats which are relatively comfy. Were they not the only theater to get Fathom Events I would NEVER return.

Theaters are spacious and relatively comfortable, but the service here is abysmal. Box office only ever seems to have 1 person manning it even though it can easily hold more and the line is a mile long. The same goes for the concessions. Get there extra early if you want any because you will miss your movie. Also the area gets rather sketchy the later the movie is. If you get out of the theater any time after 10, you can expect to see some shady characters loitering around. Furthermore, do not waste your money on an IMAX show, as it barely qualifies as one.

I love how spacious the seating is! And the food selection is awesome and delicious! Not to mention the cute and cool little arcade they have. And party room! Definitely worth going! I always go there! And use my regal rewards card too!

I am so beyond pissed off and angry at the lack of customer service and rudeness of the MANAGER. All I wanted to do was see Split and they ruined everything. First I was redirected to the wrong auditorium and rudely told that I was sitting in someone else's seat. We were escorted out (along w 5 others) and told to wait for a manager. We waited for 15 minutes and no manager came. We were told to go back to the original theatre that they said not to go to. At this point I have already missed 15 minutes of the movie and have not spoken to a manager. I yelled at the ticket takers and they said I could speak to customer service after the movie was over and watched the movie. Upon leaving, they customer service desk was closed. NEVER go to this theatre unless you want to be treated horribly and be disrespected.

Emailed customer support on their website, have yet to receive a response.

Really has stepped it up with the upgrades to the seats! Movie picture and sound quality is very good! Staff is friendly, price is fair and they have a great rewards program. I only wish the line for drinks/snacks would move a little quicker! Same with the ticket line do yourself a favor and buy ahead or use the kiosk! Or give yourself extra time to wait in line !

Very pleasantly surprised by this place.

TIPS:
Purchase tickets online with Fandango or Atom app to skip the (usually) lengthy lines and get scanned through right by your viewing room. Bring your phone only, no paper necessary!

Standard price comes with great seating, plenty of space, reserved seating and fully reclining leather seats. Great value!

There are no special discount days weekly. Sucks, I know, but it is what it is.

Standard price is about $12. Less with military, elderly or child discount.
