Cost 70 dollars for three people to go watch a movie and freeze walk out to customer service desk and got blown away by heat. The lady at the desk said she didn’t know how to control the heat. Funny the warmest place in the building was at her desk. This place sucks will never go see a nother movie ever. I gave it one star because their was no option for negative stars regal sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I noticed looking over other reviews the owner only comments on the good reviews. A unhappy customer will tell 20 people. A happy customer will only tell 5 people. I am going to tell 70 people that you suck. I will never go back it would be cheaper to drive to Dayton

Staff is friendly and ready to help out in anyway. Popcorn is fresh and the new pretzels are amazing! Inside the theaters
is clean and very well maintained. Large selection of movies to choose from. Prices for tickets are average.response / report this review -

Not as nice as the ones in Indiana. The staff was rude as all get out. Even when I told her I was a member loyalty program she ignored me like I didn't exist. I wanted to have my daughter's birthday party there so I emailed them to ask very basic questions I never got a response to my email about my questions or my reservation to the party date.

Nice seating, good quality of films, good sound systemsand the standard cost of movie theater snacks! Wish they would make the regal card accessible by your phone number instead of having to need your actual card!

Horrible experience. We have went in and watched multiple rated R movies, and have never been carded because we're much over the age limit and haven't been questioned because of so. Went in and got a nasty lady that didn't card our friends before us, who were younger than us. And not the limit. Then decided to ask for our ID because she thought we didn't look the age. We simply told her we didn't have our ID's as we didn't have anything but car keys with us. She refused us the movie after our 45+ minute drive and when I simply asked her why she didn't card our friends she got nasty. Short. Insulting. Not going back.

I emailed a detailed message about the experience I had the time before I was there and I never got any kind of response nor did my daughter. Had emailed you and now you want me to rate you.? My cost of living hasn't went up and you've raised the price for senior citizens a ridiculous amount and your tickets and the only reason you do that is because you're the only game in town! You can go to Dayton Columbus Cincinnati and the Regal Cinemas there nowhere near have the same prices and are much better theaters that are taken care of properly

It's a decent theater. Although they could improve the air conditioning sistem. Besides the snacks prices are astronomical, you could easily become bankrupt in there.

The Movie Theater itself is nice, but it's in a weird spot. It feels like someone was playing Sim City and just plopped it here. Last I went, there was rubble all around the parking lot from construction.
