Showed up a few minutes late to my appointment and the man behind the counter told me I had to reschedule, but instead of being polite he acted condescending and rude.

Have always had great service! They will have a line out the door and will still have a smile when it's your turn. Only time I've EVER seen them the least bit rudewas when someone was rude 1st!

Incredibly friendly staff. Exceptionally quick service. Every time we've come in for help, even with our kids along with us, the service has been great.

I have never had a bad experience here. These ladies and gentlemen are more than willing to assist. Most of the time, even with a line out the two doors, they have a smile on. I have experienced bad registrar departments before, this one is one of the best. Thank you all.
