  This man gave us our first bid for painting the interior of our house at $6,000, so we had a second bid and he said it would be $2,100. We ended up having a third bid at $900 from another painter.

  Jay's industry knowledge (products, processes and problem-solving) have been a blessing to us both in our home and our rental as he knew exactly what we were dealing with and how to fix. His attention to detail (or work-related OCD) as well as his work ethic are unmatched in my experience. Andhe's prompt, neat and you'll only know he was there by the beauty left behind.
