I ordered Johnny Walker Blue label on the rocks and it was terrible. I had just finished drinking the same at another bar and came to this which was comparable to well whiskey. It taste like they mix their whiskey or they refill the bottle with a different whiskey. I watched the bartender pour it and taste it after I was displeased and he even agreed with me but still tried to charge me the $30 that a glass cost. It’s something that I would have expected from a shady bar.

A bar that thinks it's the hottest club in Vegas, but is actually in Iowa City. Drinks are weak af. 2 bartenders I've seen there do not know how to make drinks. We once ordered vegas bombs and got glasses full of butterscotch schnapps. 😂

EDEN is closer to a real dance club than any other establishment in Iowa City other than Union and the Fieldhouse to a degree. They do however have a leg up on the competition by staying truer to the nightclub definition, along with having one of the better, if not the best DJs around.

This is a go to place for sure, been open for a while and is finally starting to pick up in popularity. It's small in here and can be tight but lots of fun with great music. All of the bartenders are all very fast and respectful and know how to make a decent drink. I always get the best service from the girl bartender with the long blonde hair, she's very fast and makes great shots!

Great people, great atmosphere, clean, only one of it's kind in town. Eden compares to Chicago venues with the ambient lighting and bringing through great talent on a regular basis.
