Nice restrooms and facility. I took the Megabus from Iowa City to Des Moines. I just wished that there would've been a screen saying Megabus arrival times.

Worst "transit facility" I had ever seen in my life.
The building is ALWAYS closed, can't go in there to use restroom or anything Stupid. And there's a grand total of 3 benches OUTSIDE! So if you're using a bus in summer or winter prepare for the elements because there isn't a place to take shelter in as you wait for your bus.

The bus drivers are rude! I understand that, you all are on a tight schedule but it's.. NOT WHAT YOU SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT! While your on the clock with any type of workyou need to have respect.. And then rushed me to put my money on the bus because she was 23 mins late! After talking to me rudely..Next time I won't be so nice.. And see who is the blame check your drivers!.. My son has on several occasions ran to the bus to tell the bus driver to wait, which I didn't tell him to do so.. I told her that he does that himselfand that I will correct it. She proceeded to be rude with her accusing that I am making him do that.. blah blah blah.. Next time if my child does that instead of speaking what you don't know ask my son to step off the bus and wait for me!! Other then that smooth rides. Gets me where I'm going thanks

Decent I guess. I only wish it was not in such a blind spot. You can easily get mugged or kidnapped there and nobody will know. I wish there was some police around or something.
