Red Rock Canyon is one of my favorite restaurants in Wichita.The beef tenderloin is my favorite dish here the flavored butter the dress their steak with is delicious. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful and the food is fantastic! This place gets a big Thumbs Up! I definitely recommend

The food amount wasn't proportionate to the price, the medium well steak was medium rare, the "seasoned" shrimp skewer wasn't very big/not seasoned & tasted too "fishy". 3 deviled eggs & a tiny bowl of baby mushrooms.2 meals & 1 dessert shouldn't be $72. Great waitress

I brought my California family here to celebrate a birthday. We had amazing food, even the picky eaters were impressed. My bourbon cocktail was excellent and the staff were amazingly attentive. We never saw the bottom of our water glass and even our lemons arrived on ice. The atmosphere was quiet and elegant and the interior is very well designed and classy. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal. Best food and service experience I've had that I can recall. I was very impressed with how well they took care of our large party event, it really was shockingly great. The steak the steak was perfect, it's hard to get a good steak.. they only serve great steaks. They set the bar in every category.

Wait staff is wonderful but that foodwow what can I say but yuck. What makes you think your salad is so fabulous that it doesn't come with the meal. Nothing like I have seen on tv or the reviews. Never going back.

This is our " Go to " place whenever we have a special evening or out of town guests. The food is always good, the prices are reasonable and the service is first rate. I dare anyone to try and outpace the servers when it comes to emptying your water glass. They'll refill it as quickly as you empty it and as often as you empty it.
We usually split their Pork chop dinner. Two meaty pork chops and a side for $19.00.. Sounds expensive until you see how meat you really get. Almost all their meals are similarly portioned. So come hungry, be prepared to share, or expected to be bringing home left-overs!response / report this review -

This restaurant is in Wichita superstar! Probably my favorite restaurant in the city. I think one of my favorite things about the restaurant is that it doesn't try to be something it's not. This is not a New York City steakhouse, or a coastal seafood establishment. And they don't try to act like a high-end, reservations only dining club by putting on airs. Instead, they offer great steaks, delicious rotisserie chicken, comfort food sides, creative martinis, and desserts worth splitting your stomach over. Try the ribeye with the red wine reduction and Gorgonzola topping. Possibly one of my top five steaks in the country. And to top it off, the service is the best in the entire city. Literally. Hands-down. I have never had a bad service experience at this restaurant. Ever!

The staff was awesome and so was the food. The cornbread is amazing. Its pricey, but so worth it. Husband got a full rack of ribs and that was just the lunch menu. Their house salad is tasty (first time having goat cheese) it was excellent and their house dressing is like none I have had before. The ambiance is beautiful. They make u feel like u r a regular from the time u walk in the door.

Hotel recommended we eat here. Food was very good but pricey. Salmon was served over white beans which was unusual and good. Mahi mahi had hazelnut and was very tasty. Atmosphere, Bartender and drinks were great!

Food was imaginative, complex and delicious. The atmosphere elegant and understated. Our server was friendly, however his commentary on the courses was so fast and hard to hear that we missed much of what was really in them. No bread was offered during the meal.

Brady Reichmuth is the best bartender in Wichita. I met him for the first time on Feb. 26, 2017. He is working hard to be an engineer at Lear Jet and has held this job at Red Canyon for 9 years. He is absolutely the most creative and the best batender in Wichita. You can only experience his amazing craft between 3-6on Sundays. If you want the best drink experience come to Red Rock on Sundays.

Red Rock consistently delivers great food and excellent service. The shrimp cargo appetizer is definitely a must try. Steaks are always top notch prepared well. In the past five years, had only one tough steak. Server immediately replaced. Chef came out and personally checked to make sure the new one was spot on. Finish with the key lime pie.

“Excellent food & service”
We visited this restaurant in December, 2016. Everything was excellent! Absolutely wonderful food for a fair price! We went for lunch, so it was much less expensive than dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant! NOTE: Not for kids..truthfully.response / report this review
