After 4 requests, over 3+ weeks, asking which massage therapists are vaccinated, finally got a text message from unknown person saying they could not tell me because of confidentiality. Asking and being told who has the vaccination by this business does not violate HIPAA. After 11+years of doing business, you would think they would treat clients with better customer service.

I am not to happy. I tried the east location and loved it. So i booked my parents for their anniversary. My mom had a great expreince that when she described was what i had experienced. But my father was left on his stomach most of the time and hes a big guy so it was uncomfortable. Where our experience most of it was on our backs and then on the stomach towards the end. My mom also made it clear that he needed to have his arms and wrist rubbed due to chronic pain and the lady didnt even touch them! So my poor father did not get the relaxation i hoped for. Very disappointed.

I was ready to give high scores for my lady sara , she was great. However my husband had a massage at the same time from another lady and she didnt even work on the problem area after we clearly said he had carple tunnel pain from elbow to wrist. She kept him on his stomach for almost the whole time. He had 12 minutes left when she turned him to his back. She never even touched his arms

Angela is my favorite therapist! She's very skilled, educated, and friendly. Plus she remembers my requests on what I do & don't like. My favorite esthetician is Autumn. She too is extremely educated & I enjoy how she explains to me what/why she is doing certain things. Not to mention she has changed my specific skin care so it won't irritate my extremely sensitive skin. I've been a member for a few years, and don't plan on cancelling! All the therapists I've had are wonderful! Haven't had a bad experience yet!

My therapist was Isaac, and he was amazing--just as he normally is. Professional but approachable, Isaac is the first male massage therapist I've ever used, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. He remembers my preferences from visit to visit, and he knows how to put me at ease when needed.
The people at the front desk are fantastic, too! They know me on sight, by name, and the ask me questions about my family, work, etc. as appropriate. They also make sure to let me know when I have enough points to upgrade different services, and when I can't make an appointment for the next month, they don't try to pressure me into anything.
I highly recommend this massage parlor to anyone looking for a great experience. Whether you're new to massage or an old-hand at it, Massage Envy is a great place to go.response / report this review -

My wife talked me into trying out Massage Envy and I am glad I did. I have had a constant tightness in my back for months and after going a couple of time I am feeling so much better. In fact I got a massage today and feel better than I have in a long time. I have tried several (5) therapist there and have been pleased with all of them.

I'm a member at the West Wichita Massage Envy location. Have gone for three massages now and every experience has been great. The front desk staff is very helpful, I've had no problems booking appointments. I've had two different massage therapists and they were both fantastic. Although each therapist has a different "touch" or technique, all three massages have been great and truly addressed the issues I have with very sore/tight shoulders and neck. During my last massage the therapist suggested another treatment that will help make the overall massage even more beneficial for me and help to reduce the amount of tension in my shoulders/neck. I can't wait for my next visit.
I don't know what happened with the folks who have written bad reviews, but my experiences have been GREAT!!response / report this review
