Good customer service ! I purchased a card for my husband and he has used it and enjoys going in . It would be nice if they could make temperature a little warmer on colder days . Nice employees my husband felt uncomfortable with one employee who made his experience negative ,but as long as he isn't working it's a great facility.

Nice, friendly staff, 100 yd indoor range!! It does get loud so you may want to bring ear plugs to wear with the provided muffs, and it is a tiny bit cramped so if claustrophobia is an issue for you.. The range is kept very clean and is very reasonably priced!

Great service! Very thankful for all their help. I tried out several guns and one gentleman watched me shooting and recommended a gun that I ended up buying. I have been very happy with it. I am so thankful he redirected me. I was given pointers that helped me pass the shooting part of the LTC exam.

This place is pretty awesome. I went shooting here and had a blast. As a former range safety NCO in the Army, I thought the range was very safe and well ran.

They don't charge you for another full hour if you go over. They are very fair. I will be back.

I brought the full year membership. This place is very nice and close to where I live. It's pretty loud but, hey, you need to wear earplugs and have ear protections anyway, so no big deal.

I only give 4 stars because it's indoors. If it was outdoors it would have 5 stars. Good staff, good selection of firearms. Great place for a date or just to blow off steam.

Great staff and good selection of guns. As a newbie from Scotland, the percussive blast from the other lanes was quite intense and impressive. I thought they had a cannon, lol. Turned out to be an AK47 and high powered rifles. Great experience

It's a little warm in the range so wear something breathable, but other than that eye protection and ear protection are offered for free. They give you the first target on the house and only .50 cents for each after. Super helpful staff if you are are beginning shooter and even for advanced shooters they offer free assistance. Cheap to rent guns and over 60 to choose from. Selection inside the store is very reasonably priced and plenty of staff to help you. Best shooting range in Austin/San Marcos area 11/10

Had an excellent one-on-one lesson with Josh. Even though I have been shooting my pistols for several months, Josh was able to accurately diagnose my stance, grip, and handling problems while stressing gun safety. I learned a bunch in an hour!!! Really had fun, and appreciated the huge selection of 9mm guns and accessories. Clean, highly professional, comfortable and friendly place. Thank you again! I will be back!

Everyone was really friendly, helpful and explained everything really well! I was nervous to begin with (first timer from the UK) but was soon comfortable and had a great time trying out the different guns!

I had a wonderful time shooting. One of the guys working accurately explained everything for me in the best manner possible. He even asked multiple times if we had any questions and was beyond nice before we actually stepped into the range. Another staff member was watching around to make sure he was a helping hand just in case. I didn't mind that it was loud, considering it is an indoor shooting range. You have to wear ear plugs and you have the option to wear muffs over them if the need be.
