DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Horrible management. There were blood stains on sheets that were brought in from housekeeping. Cock roaches crawling around. While my husband was gone for work they came back to the room filled with the smell of weed like people were in there smoking a blunt. Also on top of all this the toilet overflowed onto the floor 3 times and had to have someone come in and clean it up. The manager said she would comp them for a free 2 night stay and instead charged me husbands credit card for 4 extra nights!! WHAT????? There are people running around all night fights outside in the parking lots. DO NOT STAY here you will regret it.

Outside doors aren't locked so anyone can walk in off the streets. Some people living there long term stand in groups in front of the outside door smoking and will barely move out of the way and have littered the ground with their cigarette butts. The rooms, for the most part are clean and the beds comfy. One handicap room wasn't very roomy as the bed was so close to the ac & window you can't walk beside the bed. Another room the ac blew air all night but never was cold. The carpet needs replaced due to wear and stains and the vending area needs updated as the floor is worn and machines old. One older tall thin black woman in house keeping is the nicest and friendliest staff there.

The room is a decent size and the bed would have been much more comfortable if I wasn't getting bitten numerous times by some sort of insect. My room was INFESTED with little ants but I can't confirm that is what was biting me after I thoroughly inspected the bed. In regards to the ants- I'm not talking a little one here and there there was a swarm of them on the floor. They were all over. The place needs to be exterminated. I'd give a higher rating to the friendly staff.

Stay was fine. We checked in at 4:30 and our rooms had not been cleaned yet, so we had to haul all our stuff back out to the car and come back later. All the sheets and towels had faint, old stains from something black. Otherwise the room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Good value for the price.

Worked here when it was called Guesthouse Inn & Suites. Called tonight because I was filling out an application and can't remember the managers name for the life of me. Front desk guy answered said he couldn't give me the managers name(they clearly have cards at front desk with managers name so I'm not sure why this was an issue), he wouldn't give me his name he kept saying "I don't know". once he accused me of calling him a b**** because as I hung up I started b****ing so he must have mistaken that, then calls the number I gave him for the manager to call me and ask what I said to him. Hopefully if under new management you guys can help him remember his name next time pretty rude if you ask me. I'd go next door and stay at Motel 6 staff is MUCH friendlier!!!

I guess I should have expected this with the rate of $53.99. I ONLY chose this place because of the convenience to restaurants. No cover on the (pictured) mattress itself, just a sheet over the mattress. Most places I stay have a cover over the mattress. Blood behind the toilet on the wall (pictured), thankfully for RRI I didn't see this until I was ready for bed and didn't have another choice. Kind of dingy overall look. Worn out carpet, drapes and shower curtain. Bed was less than desirable.
If you need a shower, great place because it has running water. Other than that, great location (close and easy access to freeway) great parking (tractor trailer parking) and a very pleasant staff. But those "great" things don't help you feel clean and rest easy. Last resort? Take it. If there's other options, exercise those options.response / report this review -

I'm giving a two star review because this place met the bare requirements of a hotel: having a bed, air conditioning, desk, electrical outlets, and bathroom. Other than that, I would definitely not recommend it.
For starters, it's in a kind of sketchy part of town right next door to a strip club. At night, if you're late coming back from your activities, there are absolutely no parking places and you might have to park right by the front doors of the hotel in the drop-off zone.
At check-in, I was not helped promptly. I came in first but a man without a reservation was helped before me and then the receptionist took a lengthy phone call while I waited right in front of her for 10 minutes. Furthermore, on the second day of our stay, both of our room keys stopped working for no reason, so we had to go all the way to the front desk (separate building) to get new ones.
The bed was uncomfortable but big. The rooms weren't in terrible condition or anything, but I just can't recommend this place. Some of the staff were perfectly friendly and everything, but I'm basing my review more off of the whole experience.response / report this review -

Room was nice but the people in the room next to us were partying all night until 7 am. Called the main desk who said they would call the other room, nothing ever happened and the room kept partying.

We get here and the lady was nice but then they give us the wrong room. 1 bed for 4 people ummm no. Then we get to the correct room and there are no towels they bring us towels but only 2 for 4 people like what?? Then I ask for more and they keep asking me why and I waited and no towels so I had to go back down there and they gave me more sass for asking for more towels then 3 hours later past midnight a knock on my door for towels. Like this is ridiculous, so much for showering because I have to wake up early.
The rooms were okay. Kinda dirty but not too bad for a cheap price. If they wouldn't of givin me so much sass for more towels then they would of gotten a higher review.response / report this review -

I just checked in. The girl up front was very nice.
next to a strip club..
go into room.. which was wide open.
there was a hot Crack pipe in the sink.
walk into room to look around..
Dude walks in behind me sees me and says,
"sorry bro, wrong room!"
obviously coming back to blast more rock
