Great room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast, very polite staff, and pool/hot tub was wonderful!! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in room 402 this past Saturday night. The bathroom was so filthy with soap scum and hair I had to wash own my hair in the sink and then to top it off the hair dryer didn't work I burned my hand on the crack in the handle twice I called to the front desk numerous times to let them know and no one ever answered the phone. No one ever asked us if our stay was okay or of the room was okay. For a Hampton I was totally disappointed in the room and the service! I won't choose that hotel again . Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Staying here after spending the previous night at a disgusting comfort suite was a breath of fresh air. Everything was clean. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. They even have a hot tub here!! Finally a hotel that gets it! Kids want hot tubs!

Very nice hotel. Loved my room. Got the was super deep, which was great, though would have appreciated stronger jets. Slept great and enjoyed a quick free breakfast on my way out.

Rooms are always top tier. I actually messed up this visit and arrived the day before my week long work visit was scheduled. Reception was not phased and helped me figure out the scenario without any additional fees.

We stay here during the Auctions of America event in Auburn. I posted a picture earlier of the Jacuzzi tub in Room 125. It is awesome after a day walking around outside. The breakfast here is consistently the best one of any Hampton we stay in. The bathroom is clean. Staff here are very helpful. It is easy to get to off the highway.

Was staying here for a family reunion - the service was good, typical Hilton chain performance. Parking later in the evening can be a challenge. The beds we're very old and worn, they could use an upgrade. The staff was wonderful the whole time, especially the ladies that help during the breakfast each morning. We did not use the pool, so have no further point of reference.

I stayed there with my family. I went with this place over the Ritz because they had a pool. I payed an extra $ 30 @ night more because my boys wanted to swim. The pool was closed. No explanation and no apologies. I called and left a message with the manager to see if they could match the Ritz's price. He would never return my phone call. Extremely disappointed and will take my business somewhere else.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated for our anniversary! We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!!

My sister and I stayed the night here on 1/20/17 both of us with 2 children each. We were greeted by an amazing woman (Annette) at the desk who went so far beyond her job duties by making us feel like our stay was the most important one! We had mentioned having a bad experience at the other hampton inn in Fort Wayne just a few weeks ago so about 20 mins after we got into our room (which was a huge 2bed suite with pull out couch and TONS of room) she called up to make sure everything was exceptional! She answered our questions with ease and didn't make us feel like we were a bother. Then when her shift was finished she introduced us to the person working the front desk for the night (I think his name was Mike) anyways he too went above and beyond his duties by bringing us up extra pillows and blankets even though we told him we'd come down to get them. All of the staff were just amazing! The room was huge which was very much needed since we had our kids everything was very clean and the free breakfast was great! We were allowed to bring breakfast back upstairs and it was all delicious. The parking lot was not too big and very accessible and well lit and the pool was so much fun! We will NEVER stay at any other hotel in Fort Wayne and anybody looking for a nice place to stay needs to get a room here! We'll definitely be back at least once a month (especially seeing as though I'm an Hilton Honors member) to visit our family again and we can't wait to stay here next time! Thank you Hampton Inn for making a very stressful weekend away so much easier to handle!
