Best hot tub rooms I have ever stayed in! The staff was really, really nice even if the pictures they helped us take weren't that great.
Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast, except the sausage was a little too dry and salty. The lady in charge of breakfast was super helpful and kind though.
The bath tub timer didn't count down but we didn't drain the water so that was probably for the best.

We had a pleasing experience at this hotel with helpful staff, and a clean and comfortable room. The king bed was very pleasant along with the pillows. The room was warm and quiet and both my wife and I had plenty of sleep. Give it an A.

Presentation both outdoors and in was warm and receiving, with a helpful front desk reception. The pool was recently renovated but the hot tub was unbearably hot, with no option to alter the temperature. The room itself was nice enough, the shower/tub did not drain so we stood in our own shower water. The TV reception was spotty, and the bed was rather hard. The location in the city was very convenient however, right off both Lima Road and I-69.

Staff members were very accommodating when we needed late check-out. They also placed us away from other guests. Clean and comfortable. Very good rate. My only possible complaint is not getting a roll away crib immediately upon check in. We still got one soon after.

The location of this Best Western was convenient to major roads, intersections, and attractions. The front desk staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Although I had requested an email to complete to express check-out, I never received one, but the desk process want a hassle. The pool is not heated and actually quite cold. Our kids played in it anyway but it wasn't that pleasant to spend a lot of time in. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and the normal toiletries for a family of 4. We all slept great as the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast left a little to be desired but was acceptable for the overall price of the accommodation. When we return to Ft. Wayne we will definitely consider the Best Western again.

Good hot breakfast (I love Waffles!), reasonable rates, clean rooms (great beds, maybe new carpet soonish), and exceptional staff made our short notice stay very pleasant. Did I mention great front desk staff? We had booked at a special rate, and they were gracious to see about extending it for us to add a second night.

1 note - I know it's not a major metropolis, but the option of (even a shared) airport shuttle would be a win for travelers.

Hotel "upgraded" us to a room with the exact same amenities as the one we reserved 6 weeks in advance but with 1 bed instead of 2. Was told to use the pull out sofa for the 2nd guest, which was not an option because the 1 inch mattress would not accommodate a human for sleeping comfortably at all. Hotel clerk said I only reserved for 1 person and since they were sold out they changed my room without trying to make any contact with me. I checked my reservation and it clearly said 2 guests. I tries to contact a hotel manager next business day to discuss and was told I would receive a call back that day, which I did not. Not the type of service I would expect so I probably won't go back.

The location was convenient. We stayed just one night for a wedding we were attending. The room was clean and the service was good. It was nice that they offered complimentary items since one of us forgot his toothbrush and toothpaste. Would stay again.

Overall I had a pleasant experience during my stay. Terria was very helpful and courteous at check-in, so it made for a smooth interaction. The hotel is doing some renovations but the contracting crew was done by early evening so there was no noise the rest of the night. Overall a very nice Best Western.

Their staff is polite, the rooms are amazingly clean. Free breakfast is the best I've had in a hotel. And where it's located is perfect it's close to a lot of restaurants and a lot of place.to shop and get what you need.

Traveling for a college visit with our son and truly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was hot and delicious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

This place is okay but I think your walls should be a lot more secure so you don't have to hear people f****** in the next room. My 3-day stay there was okay but it just you can hear anything and everything all around you which it sucked and it did not make me feel comfortable being there. Plus the view sucked and there's a light bleeding in the my room every single day I swear my room was haunted too.

I have good experiences in staying with Best Western in the past, and I fully expected this one to be pleasant as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and neat. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and although I was on the first floor, it was very quiet. Since many guests needed to be up and out by 7 AM, the staff went out of their way to provide breakfast earlier than normal, which I greatly appreciated. I was attending a tournament, and had to be there early for a judges meeting. The only major flaw was the hot water. It ran out by the time I took my shower before bed. I tried again in the morning, but the water was cold as ice. I overheard a staff member comment that this happens every Friday and Saturday. I can understand if there is a temporary problem, but this is an ongoing issue which really annoys me. It's not the fault of the staff, but it is apparently something management needs to address, and hasn't. I took off a star for the lack of sufficient hot water and another for the lack of attention by management.
