Back in October of 2017 my husband and I got married in Putnam and needed a place for our guests who travelled and for us to stay we booked 15 rooms and could not have more pleased! After the wedding we came back and the Attached restaurant stayed opened for us so we could have an after party at the bar! They hotel also had and outside patio that we were allowed to hangout at as well! Thanks for being so flexible and understanding to all of your guests and allowing us to feel we were right at home!!

The clerk was friendly and helpful she told me right away that building was being renovated. My room was nice and clean the only downside was the bathroom was really small.

Where should I start. Keep in mid there is a sign out front saying "Newly Renovated".The property was less than presentable. The interior was run down where the emergency lights should have been, there were only wires hanging out. The dead bolt lock on the door didn't work. The bathroom had several issues. The front desk blew me off when I tried to ask about check out and there so called continental breakfast. This is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg.. I guess there was one good thing about my stay. I didn't have my dog with me..

Very rude front desk lady seem like I woke her up upon arrival. Due to the weather I beat my husband there and even though the room was prepaid online they wouldn't allow me to check in I had two small children with me including a newborn they made me wait in my car for over an hour before allowing me to check in after settling in well after midnight there were a group of young kids in the hallway all hours very noise. The breakfast could have also been better. Never anyone at the front desk when needed and the room was very dirty

We never actually stayed here because it was full, but the desk clerk was incredibly helpful and called probably a half dozen other hotels in the area to help us find a place to stay. Very impressive customer service!

Always recommend when my friends come in to town. They've never had any complaints, and with all the upgrades and new amenities they've added, its only been getting better. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast is decent. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all. This place have changed a lot in a good way. Restaurant next door have good food with huge lounge.

Could use some cosmetic improvements in the hall way ect. Outside could also use some cleaning up. The price of the hotel and the location to where we are spending time was wonderful. Everything in the room was clean, and the room had a nice hot shower. Best 62$ hotel room I've been in. No mini fridge or landline In the room, but we didn't need either.

No phone no clock, no Kleenex, no manual bar lock on door, no smoke alarm no safety bar in shower. One lamp did not work and bulb was OK. Left note on lamp and in plain sight cleaning lady ignored it. Manager when contacted quickly provided new lamp and a phone. Bed comfortable, shower had good hot water and TV was acceptable. So you decide. I gave it a two.

Terrible experience but at least we got a refund. Somewhere around 10 kids running up & down stairs and hallways at 10:30pm- no way were we getting any sleep! Front desk associate very understanding and helpful with refund before we made the 5 hr drive back home to Maine. We were told the hotel owners threw a birthday party for their kids when we checked in at 2:30pm, and yet they were all still running around when we drove off nearing 11:00pm. Not very considerate of patrons (having spent 7 years working in the hospitality field myself). Very disappointing experience.

We stayed here when it was the Kings Inn and it is much better now. Simple rooms - ours only had a shower but, they are pet friendly and our dogs liked the room too.
We would recommend this place if you're looking for a low priced, no frills room. It's right off the highway. There is a nice view of a pond out back and a family of geese to enjoy.response / report this review -

Room was clean and nice. I was surprised there was a coffee maker in the room. Nice bonus. Great view of the parking lot so you can keep an eye on your car
