So far my experiences here have been quite positive with prompt return of phone calls, minimal wait times and Doc Johnson takes the time to explain procedures and his recommendations.

I had explained to the doctor that I had already in the past done a test that she wanted me to do. She ensured me it was different. I explained that this test cost me $400 last time and that I cannot afford another bill this large. She then ensured me again that she's never seen it over $200 and that it won't be over that. I received a bill in the mail for $637. Red Rocks was unwilling to help me with this bill and even admitted to having this happen many times. If this is something that is reoccurring you would think they would fix the issue instead of continuing to screw people over.

I will never go back to this place again especially since they didn't even help me with my problem they just added a new one.

I’ve had two babies delivered by two different physicians at this practice. I love that you meet all of them before you deliver because you never know who you are going to get, and the rest of the staff is very nice. Follow up has been good, and I believe all the physicians are competent and caring. I was not exactly thrilled with my first delivery because I didn’t realize a doctor wouldn’t be present as soon as it’s time to start pushing I was so confused and scared and the nurse was trying to explain that it is SOP! Also, the first go-around they hyped up the 20 week ultrasound as a very important appointment, and then they had a NP go over the ultrasound with me. Super nice and competent, but I was pissed a MD wasn’t assigned to that appointment! I gave my feedback to the office and to one of the partnering doctors immediately and they took it professionally. I was a first timer, and felt like they should have been more cognizant about that. The second go-around was much better and I continue to frequent this office for my OBGYN needs.

Love this place and the staff! Everyone is friendly and kind. They really care about their patients. My experience here has been nothing but good. I've had two of my children here and I am so glad I did. Dr. Johnson was so friendly when I delivered my last and was freaking out, he kept me calm. I highly recommend this place!!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company ever, and I'm blown away that a professional health care provider can get away with conducting themselves like they have in my experience. I went in for a basic pap exam back in June of this year. The experience with both the nurse and doctor (Dr. Padgett) felt rushed and I had a sense that I was inconveniencing them by asking simple questions and that I was wasting their time. I understand that doctors' offices have a lot going on. That's no excuse to rush through an appointment with a patient and give them a sense that you're trying to get it over with as quickly as possible, especially considering the nature of the appointment. After a few days waiting for my results, I was informed that the sample taken had been damaged, and due to this they weren't able to perform the tests. They asked me to come in for another appointment and I requested to be refunded for the original visit instead, since I was already disappointed with my whole experience. They said that they would update my records and that I would not be charged for the original appointment. Fast-forward through multiple mail notices stating that I still owe for the visit and calls and voicemails between myself and their billing department during which I was told that their manager needed to review and approve the issue before they could correct my account- I have just received another notice in the mail, now threatening that if I don't pay by their deadline, that collections will be involved. I'm blown away by the lack of professionalism across departments and by the disorganized communication for what should have been a super quick resolution, but that I am still dealing with months later. Stay away from this place.

I have never been to a more disorganized office. The front office girls are rude, especially the short, brown haired girl, and the office manager never returns phone calls.

This place is wonderful! I saw other reviews complaining about the long wait, and one thing I remember specifically was when I was waiting for my mom to finish her very first appt here, it took a while and it was because the doctor (Womack) took her time as she found something serious (something not found for far too long by kaiser.) I think ppl are forgetting that they don't want a doctor that rushes through the appt and gives a less than par exam. You want a doctor that takes their time and thoroughly evaluates the patient. Another point to note about this wonderful place. is when my older sister had a very high risk pregnancy with twins and required bed rest and frequent ultrasounds to monitor the babies. The babies were born at 29 weeks, but due to the prenatal care provided from red rocks they were able to thrive, despite being born under 3lbs. I feel comfortable and taken care of during each visit, I feel that I am truly cared for and that they are not just waiting for a check from my insurance company. I would recommend red rocks to anyone that wants optimal care.

I have had 3 visits to this office. After I found out I was pregnant, a friend recommended them to me. My experience with them has been mixed. Gratefully, they were able to get me a new patient appoint to confirm my pregnancy within a timely manner. I loved the ultrasound tech. She always told me what was going on, what she saw, why she was doing everything, etc. It not only educated me but put my mind at ease. I also liked both of the techs that took blood samples. I have had terrible experiences in the past with having to give blood that left me in tears because I was in so much pain. Both ladies listened to my fears and warnings of things I know didn't work in the past and had a successful blood draw on the first or second attempt. Thank you!!

Both of the doctors I interacted with were generally good. (Oberle and Grube.) Not excellent, or greatjust "fine". Average doctors. I didn't feel like an individual when I was with either of them, and never felt fully at ease.

The wait time here is HORRIBLE. I've never waited so long at a doctor's office in my entire life. Check in, wait 20 minutes to be seen, ultrasound tech comes for the ultrasound. Sends me back to the lobby where I wait 15 minutes for the nurse who takes me back for weight, etc. Wait in the patient room for 25 minutes for nurse to come take blood. Nurse comes. Wait another 30 minutes to finally see the doctor. So you're with a health care professional for about 25 minutes in total, and sit around waiting 90 minutes. Not okay.

At my last appointment, I knew I was running late. (I am a school teacher and can't get out the door the second the bell rings.) I called the office the second I got in the car to let them know I was coming, and I was sorry but I would be about 10 minutes late. With Friday traffic and construction on 470, I ended up being 20 minutes late. I almost never run late, so I felt terrible! I arrived and apologized for my tardiness, explaining I had been in the car for over an hour and a half trying to get there. And despite that, I was still reprimanded by the front desk staff about making appointments and respecting others' time. I told them maybe I just needed to find another physician who wasn't so far from work and had later appointments, and the response was a snarky "Yup, maybe you should."

I am currently on the hunt for another doctor closer to my work. I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone unless you can find a way to only see the ultrasound tech and the ladies who take blood.

Unfortunately this was a TERRIBLE experience. I've never encountered such horrible/snobby staff and doctors. The funny part is that the people with their noses in the air the most aren't even the doctors. 😒They either make you wait when you're early for your appointment (FOR FORTY FIVE MINUTES) or they put you down for a different appointment time than they tell you. I should have listened to the reviews I saw on here, NEVER AGAIN.

I delivered my previous two babies at Lutheran and I wanted to deliver my last baby there as well. My doctor who delivered my other babies was forced to retire so I really had no choice but to come to this office. Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to deliver this baby at Lutheran because I cannot stand this office. I had to wait a month to get an appointment while my records were transferred but every time I go in I see a new doctor and get asked the same questions. They don't give personalized care what so ever. Instead of a case by case basis they go by the book on everything.

The OB refused to look at my file even after I had explained my past medical history and that it ought to be in there as I gave a copy to the office at my first visit. This was visit #6. She then stalked out since I "refused to listen". Ummmright. Do yourselves a favor and avoid a doctor who won't listen to your medical history. Or even read it. Not worth your health to go here!

I like the doctor whom I see, but the office staff is just terrible. From having to call 3 times to get an initial appt (I kept getting told I would be called back, and never was), to a surgery scheduler whom can never be gotten hold of and doesn't return calls or emails for weeks, it's been a very frustrating experience. Surgery is a big deal and the fact that I can't even get someone on the phone to discuss dates or recovery expectations is highly concerning, enough so I'm going to consult with a different doctor and office instead.

I'm very happy with this office. Been going here for 10 years. I now live 18 miles away & still drive down to get my woman's check ups. Dr. Cohen & Anit, are so helping & caring. I always fill very well token care of. It is always worth my 30 to 45 min drive down there. Keep up the good work. A VERY BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE AT OFFICE!!!!

From the moment we walked in, we had a bad feeling about this place as the receptionist who greeted us was rude; I had to remind her to take my copay, and she scolded me for not completing paperwork online - when the scheduler who made my appointment mentioned nothing of the such. My husband killed a bug while we were in the waiting room, and I was a little put off that the lab staff wore their disposable lab jackets out into the waiting room to get me, as well as having to carry an open urine specimen through the hall into the exam room. Felt dirty to us.

We were taken back to an exam room, and people were in and out of the room, without really introducing who they were.
The NP that saw me, rushed me through the whole 9 months of pregnancy including all appointments, tests etc which was way too much to absorb on my first appointment - but she was very caring which was the most I can say for this place. We found a different doctor due to our initial experience, I would not recommend you do the same.

I always got prompt and friendly service in the front office. Billing staff explained how much I would owe upon my next visit in, asked if I would be able to pay and if not explained their financial plan.
I found out (as I had suspected) that I would need a hysterectomy.
I've never been pregnant and I was terrified. I had the foresight to have questions prepared, but even though I blanked, I called back and left a message for Dr. Cohen and he always called me back promptly the same day.
Dr. Cohen is a jolly older fella and I appreciated his sense of humor and then also his comforting manner when it was clear I was getting scared about having a tumor. I was always encouraged by staff, surgeon's assistant, AND Dr. Harvey Cohen to call ANYTIME I had questions. I even feel like I could show up if I had an emergency and someone would find a way to help me.

The doctors are just amazing. I called the oval doctor for my wife today. The on call doctor listened, compassionate, intelligent, understanding, and went out of his way to help. He wasn't judgmental did not jump to his own conclusions, which the majority of doctors do now. I can't stress this enough be actually listened. He did not here me he listened. There is a massive difference. He is what all doctors should aspire to be. He is the gold standard of doctors in my book.
