Visiting family at Christmas. RRI was conveniently located at a reasonable price. The included breakfast was absolutely great. People extremely friendly and helpful.

Went to a wedding that was hosted here and stayed for the weekend. It was a great get away and a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Hoping that I can get the chance next year to come visit and see the leaves change here.

Want to bring g back memories of Grandma's house? That is exactly what happened when we visited the Red Rocker Inn. The breakfast was delicious and feeling as well as dinner. The innkeepers were gracious hosts and made us feel right at home. The bedroom had a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable. The whole place overall was very clean. We were totally satisfied with our visit and we will be back,

I found Red Rocker Inn when trying to find a good blackberry cobbler. Their's was phenomenal. They also had about 10 other amazing dessert options. I got the chance to have go to their breakfast buffet the morning I was leaving town. It was better than I had hoped and very well priced. I talked with the owners some while there about the history of the house, which I really enjoyed. I plan on staying there next time I'm in the Black Mountain area. Very friendly and clean. Would definitely recommend!

We have had the pleasure of working with the staff of the Red Rocker Inn for many years. They work hard to see that each guest's needs are met and met well. The Inn is well-maintained, inviting and comfortable with an atmosphere that reflects Black Mountain at its best. The food is excellent and its location makes it the perfect place to explore the shops, arts and crafts, museums, parks and natural beauty the town has to offer.

We stayed 3 nights, had 3 really good breakfast meals, 2 excellent dinners and met some really nice people. The staff was very customer oriented and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Accommodations were very comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. We highly recommend this B&B.

The food here was excellent and the dinning area very quaint! Prices were just a bit on the high side in my opinion, but I guess with all the tourism the area sees they are justifiable.

I'm in the cleaning business which extends to hospitality . This B & B was spotless and even held up to a black light inspection. The ownership and staff were extremely personable, bed like a cloud, room comfortable and the best breakfast I had had in years ( fresh fruit chopped finely, delicious nut bread, chocolate chip and pecan pancakes with real maple surup). I dream of the dark chocolate coconut macaroons in the evening. Cannot wait to return and have stayed in the area for 40 years and some how have missed this gem.

It was wonderful. It really was. Except the parking. Guess what? They don't have guest parking. So when you're coming back from a day in Asheville shopping or a day at The Biltmore, you're running into the restaurant crowd who also have to park behind the inn. Well, the food is wonderful so there are many people parking there. Guess where you park? A "mere block away" on Church street (the lined parking spaces are at the opposite end of the street). Well, if you're as lucky as we were, you have to walk that block uphill in the rain and ruin your shoes. So you, who have paid hundred of dollars to stay ( our 3 nights for this particular trip was ~$500), get to hike in the freaking rain while a person who pays ~$30 a plate gets to park at the inn. Jenny and Doug were wonderful, they really were. The place was lovely and quaint. The food was phenomenal. The price of the room and food was reasonable. However, the one thing that has possibly made me consider other inns in the area is the parking situation.

Excellent service and wonderful hospitality. I have already recommended Red Rocker Inn to my family and friends. As well, we brought brother and sister in law here for dinner. It was an amazing experience and the food was fantastic.

Excellent. We were celebrating 17 years of marriage and we had never been to a B&B. After our experience here, we will definitely be going back and also staying at more. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was outstanding. Doug and Jenny were so very hospitable and in the mornings before breakfast, they always prayed over the food. We highly recommend this establishment. We will be back to stay.
