It was great. The food was excellent, the service was excellent.
Great burgers and fresh cut fries, caesar salad was awesome. Every employee seemed happy to work there and hustled down to the kid washing dishes who keep returning to the bartender station to clean up all the dirty glasses! Mike, the bartender kept everyone’s glasses full. Great service!!! We will be back, a gem in Pleasant Gap!
The food and service is excellent. The staff are very friendly.
We enjoy going there and would recommend it highly.
Great food. Awesome beer selection. Only issue is the small menu.
The food was incredible. The service was a little slow, but it was food definitely worth waiting for. I can't believe we waited so long to try this place.
Loved this restaurant for a casual dinner out with friends. The food was very tasty, had nice presentation, and was reasonably priced. I enjoyed the brisket with smoked gouda cheese and a delightful horseradish sauce that was on the side. Although the salad was small I had the side salad with soy ginger dressing and found it to be very good. And we closed out dinner with the peanut butter pie dessert. Very yummy and not too rich for each of us to finish our individual pieces. Don't recall the name of our waitress but she was attentive and thoughtful and demonstrated she was familiar with the menu.
I'm always greeted with, "Whats good today Dan?"All I can say is EVERYthing is GOOD here folks!! The staff, the atmosphere, and especially the food is GOOD here EVERY day of the week. Thank you. Dan Johnson
Food is excellent and there is above average craft beer selection. Great service. It's a gem in the middle of nowhere
Great food, reasonable prices, good service.
Fresh pressed Burgers, handcut fries, great prices.
Definitely worth the stop!
We recently found this gem and it has become our stop for lunch when passing through the area. Homey setting with attentive service and excellent menu! The menu offerings and quality of food far exceeds our expectations!!!
We LOVE the Red Horse! We only get to come here when we visit Bellefonte, which is only about twice a year, but we always stop here. The house truffle fries appetizer is a must, even if you're getting fries with your meal. Get them. Every sandwich is amazing, every soup has been amazing, and their fried fish dinner is on par with the best fish I had in Scotland, which is saying something. We've always been too full to try desserts, but they always look great. Nice selection of beer too, always something different to try.
