Their food is awesome. Everything I've ever ordered there has been great. The lunch buffet seems to have gone down hill a little bit. It's still a great buffet, which is why I gave 5 stars but they stopped offering wings with the buffet. I'm hoping that was a one time thing because their wings are awesome.

5 stars for food and 1 for service, and that's because 0 isn't an option.
Jennifer K, our bartender was less than satisfactory. She was slow to help us and very inattentive, but was focused her regulars at least.
The beer selection was nice and we enjoyed our first round. When we ordered a second of the same, we received a completely different beer. As it turned out, the beer we received for the second round was what we had ordered initially, but was not was was given to us for the first round. That was kind of disappointing because we actually liked the first round better and she couldn't tell us what she gave us.
We ordered 10 wings and an xl slice of pepperoni pizza from the late night menu. It took 1.5 hours to get our pizza. We were told it was because of a power outage, but we ordered everything at the same time and after the power outage so that excuse didn't seem plausible.
Also, when we asked her about the changes in the beer from one round to the next, her demeanor changed and became more short and less attentive. I found that to be unnecessary because we were not rude and did not request a repour or compensation. I just genuinely wanted to know why the color and flavor changed when we didn't order anything new.
I would definitely eat there again, but would avoid Jennifer's section at all costs.response / report this review -

Waited over half hour for below average barely warm wings. Waitress had little to no communication throughout. I have been here in the past and it was OK. Co workers say it has gone downhill over the years

Lived in this area for years and have wanted to stop in. Wish i would have long before now! The server Jess was on point and had awesome recriminations for my very specific appetite/diet. The service was on point and the food was amazing. If you love pizza, wings and good service.. this is the place!!!

Excellent cheeses. I had the provolone wedges appetizer and they were great. For my meal I had the "cheeser" burger with sharp cheddar. The meat in the burger was delicious and the fresh grated sharp cheddar paired wonderfully. Will definitely stop in here again.

My family and I love this place! Delicious pizza sauce, toppings and great crust on the pizza. The wings aren't amazing but they're pretty good as well. Good beer selection but the draft selection can be touch and go (a lot of the things I want to drink seem to kick right before i get there). But I still recommend highly!

Ate there twice over the weekend. Pizza and T's hoagie were very good. Surprised how crowded the bar was on a Sunday night. Would recommend to others.

Recently been to NYC and had the pizza, it was amazing. THIS place honestly tops it!! Sauce is incredible, pepperoni gets crispy, and the cheese is wonderful!! Had it last night and I'm back again tonight for more before I go back to Ohio. Been a long time since I visited a place I was so happy with!!

The food is usually really good here. Try the deep dish and specialty pizzas.
Pickup orders get a little dicey. Sometimes you take the food home and it's a very lame version of what you get sitting down (especially the salads).
Also, there's nowhere to wait for a pickup, you feel like you're in the way as you wait for the bartender to notice you and negotiate with the kitchen for your food.response / report this review -
