  Got a manicure with Sam - my nails looked amazing and she was very friendly (as was everyone else I talked with). Cute place and very clean.

  Best facial I ever had. The skin care specialist provided an exceptional service. After about an hour my skin felt completely renewed, fresh and smooth. The entire experience was very relaxing and I truly appreciated it. I would highly recommend this place and definitely coming back again soon.

  I get my hair done at the salon and I love going there. Everyone is friendly. I can rely on the color being great, and I always come out smiling. I also love the washing and massaging head bit--you know how some salons are really uncomfortable--well these chairs are great, they have a foot rest that comes out. Great place, great experience. Highly recommend it.

  I wish that I would have read the reviews on Yelp because I went to get a brazilian wax based off of the reviews on a different website saying that the Red Cottage Salon is ranked very high in brazilians. VERY VERY inaccurate that was. By the end of the brazilian, i was left with patches of hair still there, no information on what i need to do for after-care and just overall dissatisfied. When I called to speak to the manager, she offered me to come back in a couple of days after my initial appointment for another brazilian.I am not certified in hair removalbut I think that would not be the best thing to do two brazilian waxes in less than a week. The manager then had the women who attempted to give me a brazilian wax CALL ME!! How uncomfortable!!! I WILL NOT return and I will make sure to let others know about my horrible experience.
