Dr. Cook and his staff are knowledgeable, which I expected based upon his reputation. What really surprised me was just how kind and compassionate everyone was. As a small breasted woman who has always been self-conscious, breast augmentation surgery was a big decision for me and I was tentative about it and slightly embarrassed at first. All that changed once I met Dr. Cook and he explained the various procedures and put my mind and self-consciousness to rest. Talk about a great bed-side manner! I can’t begin to thank him and the rest of the Whole Beauty Institute staff enough for my new look and new self-confidence.

A friend recommended this place to me telling me that Dr. Cook and his staff were great. I really didn’t know what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised. First, the office is located right on Michigan avenue and looks and feels much more like a high end spa or salon than a Doctors office – what a nice surprise!

The staff is amazing and I feel as though they and Dr. Cook really took a personal interest in me. Getting older is no fun and making the decision to do something about it wasn’t easy for me. I’m really glad I came here because I got great care from a professional staff and then took advantage of some Miracle Mile shopping while I was downtown!
