  We hired Todd Goforth to sell our house in Walnut Creek. Todd explained all steps of the process along the way, and was always available when we had questions, he was genuine and patient with us. We ended up with several offers on our home and he was very helpful at guiding us through this situation. He went above and beyond. Todd Goforth is the best Realtor in Walnut Creek that we could ever ask for, we highly recommend him!

  Great experience with Todd Goforth as our Realtor in Walnut Creek! We met Todd after working with another Realtor in Walnut Creek. The competition to buy a home in Walnut Creek is crazy, and we felt we needed a Realtor who was experienced and would go to bat for us once we found our dream home, and that is exactly what he did. My parents worked with Todd when they sold their house in Walnut Creek and he came highly recommended by them. There do not seem to be many Realtors in Walnut Creek around like Todd. He is kind, honest and down to earth and never misses a detail. We felt very important, and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We are looking forward to starting a family in our new home in Walnut Creek, and could not have done it without Todd. We give him 5 stars, and if we ever do decide to sell our home, he will be the first and only Realtor in Walnut Creek that we call.

  My wife and I hired Todd Goforth to help us purchase a home in Rudgear estates in Walnut Creek, he was also our Realtor on the sale of our previous house in Concord. Todd did an outstanding job on both sales and we felt compelled to leave a 5 star review and recommend him to other people looking for a great realtor in Walnut Creek. He saved us a lot of money, also was always available to answer questions (and we had many!). Great guy, great realtor, great all around person.   Todd Goforth was referred to us by friends who hired him to sell their home in Walnut Creek. Todd is an amazing realtor and his knowledge of Walnut Creek was exceptional! From start to finish, both my husband and I were very pleased with him. Todd is professional, easy to work with, responsive and helped us through the entire home selling process which was stressing us out. He even answered all of my late night nervous nelly text messages and emails. We are now looking for a larger home near Indian Valley and are working with Todd again, he's won our business for life and is definitely one of the best realtors in walnut creek!!`
