Highly recommend! Brian was amazing to work with. He made the whole process of selling our property smooth and stress free! He was very thoughtful and easy to work with and was very sincere in wanting to help us in every way that he could !

Brian and the team have guided us through 2 separate 1031 exchanges and done great each time. They definitely make clients the priority and keep your hard earned dollars in mind. They worked hard to find opportunities and offered loads of much-appreciated expert advice. A bonus is that they are also a pleasure to work with.

Brian Raynoha by far was the best Broker that I have worked with. He strives to make the whole process easy, smooth and the least amount of hassle as possible. Brian is always there to answer the phone and ready to answer any questions. He really invests his time to help his clients through the whole transaction process. Brian always has his clients best interest at heart.
