We really enjoyed working with our realtor, Dennis Beard and the rest of the staff. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us through all the steps we had to go through. He even stayed with us (for about 3 hours) and got us a tow truck when we put our car in the ditch trying to maneuver through the curvy mountain roads. Not only did he help us with the purchase of the house, but he also helped us find a good mortgage company, insurance, and a vacation/rental company. I will definitely be going back to them if we purchase another house.

A few months ago we decided to sell our house and that’s when we first used Mark Warwick as our agent. He came by our house, went through and explained the entire process with us, and offered suggestions to help the process go smoothly. Within 24 hrs of listing our house, he brought 4 offers to us, 3 of them being higher than our asking price! How’s that for service! He made the process extremely easy and took care of everything. Very knowledgeable, efficient and best of all, honest and not pushy. Mark made it so easy that a couple months later when we found our next place we wanted to buy, we didn’t hesitate to call him to be our agent again. Just like the time before, he made the whole thing a breeze. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone I know.

Beth Morgan has to be the best agent in Tennessee. From start to finish, our experience has been great. Now that we are in our new vacation home the service has not stopped. She has been a god send helping us with all of the things that we need to know about the local community. She also got us great deals from local vendors for all of our furniture and home funishing needs. On top of that she presented my wife and I with a beautiful housewarming gift and cardtotally unexpected and so thoughtful. I feel we have not only found an agent but made a friend!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than David Everett of Century 21 MVP. Through his knowledge, patience, diligence, and dedication we were able to find the cabin of our dreams. David is one of a kind as he was able to meet and exceed our expectations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in search of a property in the great Smoky Mountain area. He is the absolute best and will definitely use him for any of our future needs! Thank you David for everything you have done for our family!

We dealt with Ron and Bridgett over the phone for a few months to assist us with finding a rental cabin. We made 2 trips up before finally deciding on the perfect one. Ron and Bridgett work together as a team and it really pays off for the client. We had the most wonderful experience we could possibly of had. They have excellent communication despite the distance and they really hit the mark in finding us just what we were looking for. If your looking to buy, do yourself a favor and call Ron or Bridgett with Century 21 MVP. They are fantastic!!!!!!!!
