  From start to finish, The Real Seal was the absolute best!! Manny came out and walked me through every aspect of the scope of work we needed done. The estimate was fair and their time line on the job was accurate. The crew, led by Juan, was on time each day and were diligent in answering all my questions and explaining what they were doing. Very hard working group who cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Would definitely recommend The Real Seal!!

  The Real Seal is an extremely efficient and professional company. The crew arrived always on time or a few minutes before. They were respectful of the premises, very organized, professional, clean and overall great at their jobs. I would recommend them with a 10 out of 10 stars. They did the basement drain tile and it looks amazing! In general all staff from sales rep to scheduler, receptionist, workers and supervisors they were all extremely respectful, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure all went smoothly. I am very impressed and I wish they also had a sister company that do new walls after the drain tile is done. It is hard to find efficient and professional companies.

  This is my second time with The Real Seal, and they did another great job, installing buried gutter extensions and rerouting the sump pump discharge line. I called and was able to set an appointment in two weeks but got a call within three days saying they could move up the visit earlier. I met Jerry, who came to the house to take a look and inspect the issues. He was able to answer most of my questions and could relate to cases from other customers in the past. In the end, he suggested all possible solutions but was open to narrowing it down to only the services I wanted. He sent me an official quote a few days later and was also allowed to choose the product/service from the proposal. The process was smooth, and after paying the deposit, I set an appointment to do the work. The team arrived on time, and after walking them through the locations, they went to work. They did a fantastic job drilling the drain hole in the perfect spot and installing the gutter extensions. Overall, I don't think anyone, including myself, would have done a better job than they did. I appreciate their work, and I would still recommend The Real Seal to anyone replacing their sump pump or installing gutter extensions.

  Great experience. The Real Seal did everything they promised, on time, at a fair price. Manny took the time and effort to examine a crawl space with very limited access. He provided a proposal for exactly what was needed to resolve my issues. Most importantly he easily could have sold me services that were not needed at a much higher cost but instead was honest with his assessment and did not take advantage us. Other companies came out and never went into the crawl space to examine the issues. George came out to do the work, he was excellent as well. He was on time, communicated with us every step of the way, very professional and left the job cleaner than when he started. Start to finish, every interaction with The Real Seal was awesome.

  Never did I imagine buckets of concrete and rock could flow out of my basement (thru the window) so quickly. These guys showed up on time at 8, hit the ground running, demolished/installed pipe & sump day 1, concrete on day 2. My concrete floor is now visibly lighter and feels so much drier; it must have always been holding some water. Highly recommend these guys. Took a couple days to get initial call-back, but after that everything was spot-on.
