  I would like to compliment the staff at Dr. Lazarus office. They have been so cordial and kind to me with every phone call, email, and in person experience. They are truly patient and empathetic to how vulnerable a woman is when she is showing all of her “imperfections.”
  Dr. Lazarus was exemplary in his professionalism without being unfriendly or uncaring. I have experienced that in another Knoxville plastic surgery office and was very upset. Once coming to Dr. Lazarus and having him and his nurse Margueritte explain everything step by step in such a friendly and personable way, I already feel 100% better. I have no doubt that his staff will take extremely good care of me before, during and after my procedure. Thank you for being such a top notch operation at Dr. Stephen Lazarus, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Associates, P.A.

  I had a tummy tuck two months ago. After having twins and then a third child, my stomach was terrible. I was recommended to Dr. Lazarus by my mother who had a breast augmentation several years back and has had a very good experience with him. She has seen him for 10+ years now for various things. I researched and looked at several doctors but ultimately selected Dr. Lazarus. I am very, very happy with my decision. Dr. Lazarus and his team were extremely thorough pre-op and have kept the highest level of communication post op, answering all of my questions and making sure I had everything I needed to recover properly. I was most concerned about the appearance of my bellybutton because I have seen pictures of bellybuttons that looked unnatural. I would say he exceeded my expectations here, my bellybutton looks awesome and he kept all of the stitches inside so you can't even see a scar! My incision is healing perfectly, I have kept right on the schedule they advised and followed their instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Lazarus and his team. I never had to wait in the waiting room more than five minutes, and all of my appointments have gone quickly and not been a huge interruption to my day. From the first day I went into the office they made me feel very comfortable and very much at ease with the whole process.

  If I could give Dr. Lazarus 10 stars I would. From beginning to end this doctor was AMAZING. I had lost a LOT of weight and had to have skin removed from my breasts and implants put in. He was very patient and explained every step over and over again. (I ask a lot of questions) I was very nervous and I had over 4 consultations with doctors in the area. My decision was hard because Dr. Lazarus was the most expensive (not by too much) but I felt the most comfortable with him. I was able to schedule my surgery 2 weeks in advance which was great since I am a business owner and had to revolve my surgery around my employees schedule. It has now been over a year (My surgery was April of 2015) and I still have a smile from ear to ear. My scaring is VERY VERY minimal, You can hardly see anything and I did not put any special cream on them. Dr. Lazarus showed me pictures based off of my chest of what I would look like at this point and he was 100% correct. Like I said, I am very very happy with my results and so happy I spent the extra money.. Do not look anywhere else! Dr. Lazarus is your man!

  I came to Dr. Lazarus as a new patient after dissappointing results at another area cosmetic surgery office. I was impressed with my entire experience from the moment I arrived. The office and staff were warm and inviting, they made me feel at home. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and seemed appreciative that I had chosen their facility for my services and care. Dr. Lazarus was fantastic! He blends a perfect balance of friendliness, compassion, and professionalism. His approach was logical and I appreciated the time and effort he invested when explaining my options to me. I had complete confidence in his recommendations. Really, I can't say enough nice things about this office and Dr. Lazarus.

  As a patient of Dr. Lazarus, I have to say, Dr. Lazarus and his staff are absolutely Wonderful! He done my tummy tuck 3 weeks ago. He done an AWESOME job. I am so pleased with the surgery. Dr. Lazarus and his staff not only treated me as a patient but they treated me as a friend. Every visit I have experienced in his office before and after my surgery has been a good visit. Thank You Dr. Lazarus & staff for all you done for me and for taking such good care of me! You have all had a hand in helping me regain my self-confidence. I can not thank you enough, may God bless each and every one of you.
