  Sherry Keefer with the Pinkas Real Estate Team is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! We scheduled 4 houses to look at with Sherry and the 4th house was the one. Sherry went to bat for us and hit the grand slam landing us our dream home. She will work for you and get the job done.   My experience with Bob Natale from Pinkas Realty was outstanding. Being a new home buyer I didn't know a lot of the particulars involved. Bob's knowledge, expertise and patience put me at ease. After some searching we got exactly what we wanted and he helped us negotiate a great price. He even attended the closing to assist us with the many details involved. I cannot say enough about my great experience with the Jerry Pinkas folks during such an important decision for us. I always recommend Bob to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home in Myrtle Beach. :-)

  My husband and I would highly recommend Bob Natale with the Jerry Pinkas Team. We contacted Bob when we knew we were interested in a specific condo location in Little River SC. We had worked with Bob previously a few years ago on another purchase and didn't forget him. We felt confident, comfortable, and happy to be working with him on this second purchase. Bob was accommodating to our schedules, flexible and patient. What stands out most about Bob is that he genuinely cares about his clients and looks out for the buyer's best interest with his no high pressure sales tactics which fit our personalities. Bob was able to negotiate the price of the unit to a purchase price we felt comfortable with. We live out of town but felt no anxiety, as we trusted Bob to handle all aspects of the purchase, inspection and closing, all we had to do was sign on the dotted line. We have referred Bob to a business colleague that is currently looking for a home and would recommend him to any one that may be looking for property in the Myrtle Beach area. We have been in our vacation condo now since October 2014 and could not be happier with our purchase, Thank You Bob for all your help in the purchasing/negotiation/closing process. We will definitely call on you for any future needs.

  I recently had a great job opportunity offered to me in Chicago. This meant I had to sell my house in Myrtle Beach and relocate before the start of the school year for my kids. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I contacted the real estate office of Jerry Pinkas. They have a great team and I worked with Bob Natale. He listed my home and within just a few days people were coming by to see my house. I was able to sell my house and give my wife plenty of time to pack up everything and make the move. I can't thank you guys enough for all you did for us.

  Working with Bob Natale of the Jerry Pinkas Real Estate Team was a great pleasure. I live out of the area and selling my condo in Myrtle Beach has not been easy. Bob was very knowledgeable of the area and what needed to be done. He kept in communication with me every step of the way. I hope to be able to buy another condo down the road and you can bet that I will use Bob. If you are looking for a Myrtle Beach real estate agent, you can't go wrong with Bob and his team.
