  I've dealt with quite a few lawyers over the years and this is one of the good ones. He's upfront and fair about his prices, was very clear about what I could expect, and he got a charge dismissed that I was fairly certain I'd go to jail for. He even responds to messages and returns calls in a timely manner which is practically unheard of for a criminal attorney. Hopefully I never need a lawyer again but if I do he's the one I'll be calling.

  I found Mr. Proetta online and based on multiple 5-star reviews, I decided to reach out to him for help. I was already working with an attorney who wasn’t doing anything to help me or my family. The best decision I ever made was hiring him as my attorney! He is smart, knows his way around a courtroom, really cares about his clients and is an all-around friendly guy. His staff was also phenomenal, they answered every text, email and returned every call that I made (which was a lot!) He showed so much compassion towards me and my family, which is something that money cannot buy. If you’re facing family law issues then look no further, this is THE LAWYER you want to have in your corner. He is the right combination, knowledgeable and caring. He will go far in life!

  If there were 6-star, I would give that: Mr Proetta is a very competent lawyer, his partners and staff likewise!
  Due to some misunderstanding, I had to go to court Mr Proetta responded to my call the same evening - within 24 hours he had grasped all the facts and worked quickly towards a positive outcome, which happened exactly as he said.
  No one understands the reality of NJ's law & order better than Mr Proetta. Will and his staff were at all times very responsive, keeping me informed (which added some comfort).
  I sensed from the beginning (and now am sure) that cutting through the phone book, and other confusing nonsense, not wasting time and just calling Will's office and then working with them was the best thing to do.
  Will is rather young but in some ways he is cerebral, experienced and down to earth (down to NJ!) as if he were an attorney over 60. That was my experience anyway. Good man!

  Mr. Proetta is extremely professional, well versed in law, and dead-set on doing the best for his clients. I could not recommend him enough. With 12 years of experience in the legal profession you are sure to be getting the best of help.
