Where do I begin? I had RPM manage my out of state property. RPM is only run by Mark apparently. He doesn't answer phonecalls. Texts take days for a response. Their accounting methods are shady and invoices for work done are unverifiable. After only a few months the tenant moved out and I flew out to check on the property. No evidence of anyone having lived there at all - looked like it had been uninhabited since remodel/purchase months before. (No holes in wall for hangings/tv, no scratches, no evidence of appliance use) everything was spotless except for tons of bugs in a bedroom which further appears that no one has been there in a while as they've been accumulating (dead ones new ones etc). The biggest issue? I ran the shower to find that the water doesn't drain. Called a plumber to fix it - The copper pipes had dissolved and the shower was- and has been- unusable for quite some time, probably since before my purchase. (They didn't check the drain in the home inspection). So how was anyone living there with no shower? It took $2500 and 2 weeks to fix!

Super shady.

When I asked for the contact info of the tenants he had in there or for water company he registered my property with- I was completely ignored.

So I haven’t had the pleasure of using or contracting this company for service however I must say as an investor in search of a new property management company for my rentals, should I move forward with a hire, this is the company I’d decide on. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mark when interviewing companies and he was absolutely stellar! He was professional, courteous, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent representation for RPM! 👌🏽

Although, ultimately I decided to go in a different direction and possibly no longer hiring property management due to other opportunities. Should circumstances change this will be the company to manage my properties. I’m a firm a believer in ‘You get what you pay for’. I believe this company would be worth every penny.

If you're looking for a great property manager, Mark is a definite interview.
