There's a reason I walk 15 minutes, take a bus to the Harvard Sq T station, take the Redline to South Station, take Amtrak to Providence, where I take the RIPTA 14 bus to North Kingstown, then walk a mile down Route 1 from Route 102.
I've done this trip twice, once to pick up my Honda Pacific Coast from service, and once to pick up my new KLR 650 I bought from them. It's a long trip but it's scenic, and then I get to ride home.
I make this pilgrimage because all the Boston area dealers kinda suck. I'm talking about the ones all owned by the same company.
Razee is worth the trip, Gil got me a great deal on a 2014.5 Klr leftover, and the service dept has always been honest and reasonably priced.
My africa twin needed fixing after it felt on one side in a parking. Excellent mechanic, friendly people, great crowd on a saturday with free donuts and coffee; They fixed the bike perfect and charged a very reasonnable price! Thanks guys!
Our two motorcycles visit Razee regularly. They get personalized tlc from the expert technicians here. They go above and beyond in terms of identifying and solving even potential issues.
The only challenge is that dates are hard to come by in the summer months. However, they remain extremely flexible and try to squeeze you in early whenever they can.
We're lucky to have one of the best shops in the Northeast here in southern Rhode Island. The work shop has more floor space than the showroom. That shows you that customer service and support is their highest priorty. The staff at Razees are professional to a "T".
I've got 55 years of owning and riding motorcycles in America and Great Britain and Razees is the best dealership I've found for all the makes and models I've owned.
Great service! I purchased my first bike here and everyone was very friendly. Not pushy at all on the sale of any bikes, very laid back and willing to answer any questions.
Along with their massive selection of new bikes, Razee's also offers a nice and often changing variety of high quality used bikes at great prices.
If you are looking for where to purchase your next bike, look no further! Stop by and see what Razee's has to offer!
My boyfriend and I went into Razees this morning to get him a new motorcycle jacket, unfortunately we didn't realize that the sales department had not opened yet, but we were not turned down. Russell took us right up to the jackets and let us pick out the right one, safely getting my boyfriend back on the road. I couldn't be happier with his service and wanted to personally thank him for taking the time to help us! Stellar customer service!
Very nice place, historic for Rhode Island. Friendly staff.
Really knowledgeable and helpful staff, even with my ancient motorcycle!
I have no confidence in the shop. I had my 2016 Hypermotard in to replace a cracked frame and got the bike back with both front calipers loose. So much so that one of the calipers was hanging on by a few threads. They wouldn't even give me a free oil change for my troubles. That's not good customer service at all.
I won't be bringing my bike there for anything that's for sure.
I went trying to look at motorcycles, I had intended to purchase one, however none of the salespeople gave me any attention and I ended up going elsewhere for my bike purchase. I will consider them in the future because they do state inspections on motorcycles
Brought them a '07 R1200 RT, couldn't fix a engine ping/preignition problem correctly after several attempts. Spoke to Sales about trade in on it, would not deal at all due to that model essentially being a big fat lemon.
