I had an appointment that was scheduled at 12:30. I arrived too early so the Apple rep said the earliest they could see me was 12:20 so I came back then. He sat me at a table and I waited until 12:40 and nobody came to assist me. I completely understand that I was originally early however when my appointment came up I STILL didn't get seen. I pulled one of the Apple reps aside and asked to cancel my appointment and explained what happened and she did just that. No sorry, no offer for another appointment, not a frigging care in the fringing world! The fact that I respected my scheduled time meant absolutely nothing therefore I am giving them ONE star. I rather give zero stars but unfortunately I have to select it. Because I work in a field where customer service is the top priority I expected the same in return but didn't get it.

Love the new location the old one was too long and narrow and resulted in a stuffy feeling every time I walked in. This one is very similar to the ones in other major cities. The service was exceptional made a Geni Bar appointment, showed up 30 minutes early and they got me right in all the while fixing the issue with my Macbook Pro. 5 star rating on service even during the holiday rush.

This store is absolutely gorgeous. The entrances to the store are huge glass panes that open like doors, but they give the impression that the store is wide open. There is always so much going on here, but you almost never have to wait to see a service representative. Apple is really good at what they do.

Worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to. ALL OF THEM (ok minus two) see you but absolutely no one welcomes you. Especially the managers who are supposed to emphasise of every customers being take care of. Well, at least 3 managers saw me waiting but none of them came to talk to me or ask for someone in they walkie-talkie. And that’s not the first time I came over there and see this happening. When you sell luxury products, please provide the adequate [high] quality service as well.

This store is my favorite store out of all of the Apple stores in New England. It's has recently updated and the staff are completely aware of everything that is going on around them. They know what to do and when to do at the right time and they go beyond the standards of helping The public. I do recommend going to the store on the weekdays and not on the weekends because it is very busy but other than that, this is a great Apple Store to go to and to hang out !

Ask for rich he is absolutely awesome. If you need a manager ask for rachael. Beyond perfect customer service especially with how busy they were/ Always are! Give these two a raise!

Everyone in this store is extremely courteous and helped resolved my issue within 20 minutes both times I've visited them.

Why is it so hard to find the place on the website to set up a genius bar appointment. Deliberately obscure?!? Had to give one star to go forward, but I take it back. Genius Bar environment is very disturbing and confusing. Why can't you have individual booths so there is less distraction. This is very stressful for clients and personnel.

Have an iPhone 7 that completely stopped sending calls, texts, couldn't connect to the internet. Took it to Verizon and they told me it was covered by the warranty but that they only replace with refurbished phones. Made an appointment at apple. Next day I was able to go to the store they determined it was in fact a phone issue that was covered by warranty. Switch my phone out for a new phone right there and had it reloaded just as my old phone was. Thank you for honoring your warranty even though Verizon won't. You have just kept a customer who would have left if you hadn't properly handled this. Thanks

We are lucky to have an Apple Store in Providence conveniently located downtown. You can walk in if you are looking up a bus schedule or to write a google review. It is here so that is helpful for our Apple questions. I need to know how to manage photos and back up files. You can charge your phone here, it can be difficult to find a power outlet in the mall maybe at Panera.

Quick repair service with appointment. Can be overcrowded. Replaced phone battery, but I noticed sticky substance coming out from side of screen.

I love apple but the Apple Store is really bad. The store is always dirty and smells really bad. The staff are very fake nice and the wait times to be helped are out of control even with an appointment. I had an appointment the other day and I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes just to be seen
Apple really needs to work on improving the overall customer service at the store

My experience at the genius bar was terrible. Delete everything and reinstall the software is not troubleshooting. I would have been better off with a manual. Go see the repair kiosk in the hall outside. They know what they are doing, charge 1/2 the price, and can get most repairs done in 15 minutes.
