Nice, but too expensive for me. Better off going to Bob's.

I needed 2 pieces of sectional sofa that I had purchased three and a half years ago. Long story short, my house has to be raised recently due to Hurricane Sandy destroying it 4 years ago and the new room configuration wouldn't allow me to use the current sectional without changing out pieces. Dennis and Antoine were phenomenal! They spent almost 2 hours on the computer searching for the pieces from a discontinued manufacturer. They saved me so much aggravation and money, because thanks to them, I can now use both sectionals in the new rooms of my house. And, by the way, when I had to order this sectional originally in December of 2012 to replace the original one bought back in June of 2010, Raymour & Flannigan offered to order it for the same price even though a significant price increase had been in effect. What can I say, but a big THANK-YOU to everyone at the Springfield, PA Raymour & Flannigan!

Go down the street to another furniture store. This one is BullShit! Terrible customer service, don't even bother with a warrenty because it's a run around getting anything fixed. They've lost by business for life and I bought $15k worth of furniture. I hope you're lucky enough to see 2020, Raymour, because you're not winning any new fans these days.

I will never purchase another thing from them. My boyfriend and I ordered over $3000 dollars in furniture and months later, we are still waiting on it. Beware: Printed and promised delivery dates on brochures mean nothing to this company. They will jerk you around.

Three years ago, I’d purchased a top end leather sofa and chase lounge that began to fall apart within two months. I’d say it was used gingerly. As the legs and support gave way the entire sofa began to become wobbly , thus causing more damage from the unstable base. Right now a have a 2x4 supporting the sofa until we can get someone to make the repairs to the arm and base.
