My experience has to do with getting a bill from Anesthesia claiming I have a balance due of $875.00. Procedure done in July 2014- summary of charges--7/28 billed my insurance---7/29 billed my insurance 9/12--billed again---12/12/14--no insurance payment--12/12/14--no coverage---

My insurance Total bill: $875---discount amount--$385.00 (PPO) discount applied --$490-balance paid by plan-- which was paid on 8/25/2014-----I OWE NADA! (NOTHING) get your billing records straighten out!!
as far as service at the hospital I'm OK with that!!
