I dropped my fathers 2003 Chevy K2500 Duramax off to get the transmission fixed and the injectors replaced last week. The experience I had with Amy, Adam and Ken the Technician at the GMC service center was very professional and they did us a very good job the truck has never ran this good. When we paid them we actually over paid them on accident by $500.00 cash and they called us to come get it back at the cashiers desk. They will have us as customers for life. A++++

They use Nicolas Financial, which charged me $12,000 for a loan on a $7,000 that they had the check engine light permanently on and was the only vehicle on the lot they could sell at that time. I would not recommend them simply because of their financing arm.

This is the first dealership I've been to that claims "(they) don't use KBB or NADA."

However, after looking at market value of my car in the surrounding area, their car was still WAY overpriced in the ballpark of $2700-$4200.

Also, they did not want to go ONE DOLLAR below their baseline price b/c they were trying to take advantage of someone whom they thought was naive about the car purchasing process.

Even tried telling me they had to PAY THE BANKS to get people financed rather than the BANKS PAYING THEM. They also tried telling me I had to pay more for the car b/c THEY had to put over $1000 into it to get it certified. First, it's not my fault they bought a car that needed that much work. Second, they still had plenty of wiggle room to lower the price.

They had the chance to gain a lifelong customer in myself along with many potential referrals. However, I will never go back to this place to buy a car and will tell everyone I know to NOT go there.

I did get a MORE EXPENSIVE trim package of the same year/make/model car I was interested in at RS at another local dealership for $1000 LESS.

At the very least I would say research the car you want before you go here because they WILL take you to the cleaners if you let them. It seems all other dealers use KBB and NADA except this place. (I bet they use KBB when they take trade-ins.)
