They were transferring me from one person to another. The girl who made my nails was just practicing. I don’t remember what exactly was not right with nails, but it didn’t last long.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years. I went on a recommendation from a coworker. I had terribly short, unhealthy nails when I first went there. Jennifer helped me transform them into long, beautiful nails. She is very knowledgeable and always open to answer questions. I work a job where people are always looking at my hands and I get compliments daily. Jennifer and Dan have worked hard and know each and every regular by name and what they like. I love my nails now and love that they are my real nails that look so beautiful dipped in protein powder.

The shape I got was exactly how I wanted it and the length was perfect. However they just fell right off.. I got the protein nail and I thought I loved them. For the price I paid this was definitely a waste. ):

I love this place! Jen is honestly the best nail tech I've ever been to. She's quick and amazing! I love everything about this salon. When you're there, it feels like home. :-)

I go in for a fill at 5:30pm right after work knowing their hours are until 6pm, and when the manager asks what I want done she speaks a foreign language to all the nail techs which were about 6 or so sitting around, then tells me that they can't because they are tired. I was never so hurt or embarrassed at the way she did it in front of the customers she had in there. I proceed to go on line to look up this company and their reviews and find out how nasty, dirty and terrible they do on nails and the way they conduct business. I'll never set foot in that dump again.

Decided to go to an event on a Sunday night at the last minute and needed to get my hands and feet done quickly. This was the only salon I could find that was open so early on a Sunday in Greenwood and on the southside. I was seen quickly and got a great manicure and pedicure by Danny Tran (I think!). He was great and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes -- highly recommend. Have gotten compliments on both mani and pedi!

I really love this place they are a family ran business. I love all the people ,and all the conversations. They get your nails done quickly and looking beautiful. I have a problem with every other nail salon because the nails never stay on and mess up my natural nail but at this solan I get in and out quick +looking great+ cheaper than others +and my nails still growing and fake nails do not pop off.

I love this place! This is the only place I'll get a pedicure. They are always so detail oriented.

I was in from out of town. I love the dipping powder because it is strong and pretty. I was looking for someone who did it in the area. They had a great selection of colors of dipping powder. Our problem came when the person taking care of me couldn't speak enough English to know what I wanted. My friends and I went there as a group and all of us had a similar experience. One of my friends wanted to try the dipping powder but the person couldn't understand her so they started using regular polish instead. Her nails chipped before the end of the day. She went back and got powder the next day. The powder also cost $15 more there than at my home town nail salon. This place was overpriced and had rather lousy service. It wasn't that they won't do a decent job if you can communicate what you want, but it was very difficult.

This is the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had, and I have been to many nail salons over the years. First I was not given the proper time to look over the color options and was rushed into a seat. I asked to look at the polish bottles as mood changing gel polishes show both colors on the bottle only, but was not allowed. The nail technician than immediately began cutting at my cuticles so fast and haphazardly it was tearing away the skin and not cutting it. My sisters had a different technician who was operating in the same fashion. Her cuticles were bleeding in multiple spots, I know this can happen occasionally, but should never be happening multiple times in one visit as this showed just how rushed and unconcerned with quality and comfort they were. She began furiously buffing my nails but was doing it so hurriedly she was sanding away the skin 1-2 inches above my nails as well. She then immediately began painting my nails without offering me to wash them first or even wipe them off with alcohol or prep solution. When I asked her if I could wash my hands she shook her head "no." The paint job was poor quality with gel polish on the surrounding skin and cuticles. The massage portion of the manicure consisted of her rubbing lotion into my lower arm and hand for no more than 30 seconds and continuously ran my hand into the UV lamp while doing it. The entire manicure lasted 20 minutes, which is half the time she should have spent doing a proper job. And the price was a steep 34 dollars. I also had to ask her the price as she did not tell me first. The experience was rushed, rough, and unsatisfactory. Will never return.
