I had been in Gray Goat several times while deciding to make my purchase and I never felt any pressure from the staff. When I did finally purchase my bike, the friendly staff was more than ready to take care of all my concerns and questions. Thank you! Gray Goat Sports!!!!

I had a really hard time finding a bike rack that would work with my car and my little travel trailer. They did an excellent job of exploring all the options --- and of explaining the pluses and minuses of each one. They were terrific! They also did a wonderful job of installing the bike rack I bought from them. It is completely secure. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and a real pleasure to work with. Thank you, Grey Goat!

I had a little mishap, the put my bike out out of commission, a week before a duathlon last year. Friends of mine recommended Gray Goat. While they were booked up, they fit me in and were able to get my bike in, repaired and completely tuned up for the event. Highly recommend them for their customer service and their service in general!

I arranged a bike fit with Brian due to his level of knowledge, experience and level of certification. He was very willing to educate me on the process and the why of it. He was timely with his appointments and great with follow up. I had to have a follow up appointment for my new shoes due to my larger than normal women's foot size, 43. Not only did Brian have the 2 closest sizes and their 2 color choices for the shoes, he price matched them. Lastly, he extends follow up on the set up for future tweaking if needed. Additionally, I purchased other bike related items and will continue to shop there despite living in Bloomington.

Great service and competitive in store pricing. Have purchased several rides for MtB and joy riding around the neighborhood. Always friendly staff and they help with the trail efforts at Southwestway
