Awesome to bring the whole family lots of fun exciting things wonderful food great place to hang out also they have a lot of good options and budgeting got to bring the family wonderful fantastic time and even had a 60th birthday there it's awesome

My husband and i took our 3 kids in to bowl a game on a day where the place was half empty. The lady behind the counter had an issue and went to get a gentleman to assist her. So when they both get back to the counter, the man proceeds to help the guy standing BEHIND us in line! I stood there in disbelief for a few seconds, turned and told my kids to put their coats back on, and we drove down the street to Expo. Worst customer service. We wont attempt to go back. If i could have given zero stars, i would have.

I'm not one to ever leave a bad review, but I couldn't let go of this one. We visited this bowling alley this afternoon expecting a good experience after hearing positive things about it. We were the only ones in the bowling alley at the time, and it seemed as if we were more of a nuisance to the staff rather than a customer.
My husband went up multiple times to try and pay for us to bowl another game and the gentleman consistantly walked away or turned his head so he could continue to talk on his phone. At one point, after multiple times of us going up there and being blatantly ignored, we considered leaving. He finally was able to assist us and acted like we just put a huge imposition on him. We remained polite as we always do, but he consistently had a negative demeanor. Myself and the rest of our family who joined us there will not ever return to this bowling alley.response / report this review -

The place has a great feel to it, plenty of friendly people, and nice modern lanes. But my issues with this place drastically outweigh the pluses.
The place is very claustrophobic due to size. When bowling in a league there is basically four seats per five man team. I assume the idea is one person is supposed to be up bowling but I found my self standing the majority of the time. Many of the seats are right in the way of the lanes!! With limited space there's only so much that can be realistically done but it's just uncomfortable.
The first set of lanes near the entrance seam to never work. EVERY single time I bowled on those lanes there would be issues which take way more time to be resolved than they should. The reason for that is the majority of the staff (including the owner,) are in the bowling league! They have no guilt in participating in the 50/50 or any other drawing either. Talk about a conflict of interest.
The food is surprisingly good, definitely can recommend it. They serve a variety of drinks but no liquor. I've tried tipping the staff on several occasions out of generosity but they do not have a way to accept tips with a card. I don't honestly see a reason to tip when a service isn't really being provided. It does not take much effort to pull a beer out of a refrigerator, I'd definitely prefer to save money by bringing my own drinks and opening them myself!
The owner even had the nerve to ask everyone in the alley to tip the staff on the last day of league! Maybe if the staff actually walked around taking orders I'd have a reason to tip but like I said there is absolutely no service being provided. This happened after the owner won 50/50 by the way. This is completely unprofessional.
Maybe I'll give the place another chance some time and see if my opinion has changed but for now I'll choose other options for a fun night out.response / report this review
