They make servicing your vehicle a really pleasant experience. Snack's, drink's, comfortable waiting area, and a great staff. Have been coming here since I moved here from San Diego, and will continue to do so. Shout out to Angel in the service department for answering all my questions.

I took my car in because the brakes needed to be fixed. The staff (Clark Haywood especially) were extremely helpful and polite. They didn't overcharge me and were very patient with my cost comparisons and extra research. And they took time to answer all my questions! Exceptional service.

I am always satisfied with the service and work received every time. The service agent yesterday was very helpful. I forget his name but will continue to ask for him in the future. You have my highest rating, and always will recommend Penske Honda for sales and service. I purchased my 2011 Honda CRV in 2014. It's been a blessing for me!!! THANK.YOU AGAIN!!!

I bought my first Honda, a 2010 CRV with low mileage and was very pleased with it and with the service dept. They were excellent and professional, will tell you if you don't something done to the car as well as when you do. I traded that in and was given a very good deal for the 2010, bought a new 2013 CRV. I have been so impressed both with the car and the service department. I might buy a different Honda in the future, but I won't take it to any other service department than Penske ever!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. We had a hard time deciding between the Subaru Forester and the Honda C-RV and ultimately we went with the Honda. The service we received here was great and their lease deals were fantastic time of year (Sept. 2017) as new models would be coming in soon. Ask for Ira Sheriden, he was incredibly helpful and honest with us as we made our decision.

Brad was so very helpful in our decision to purchase a new vehicle. He took the time to sit down with us and explore our options with different vehicles and finance options. He explained everything we wanted to know and helped us decide that leasing would fit better in our budget than a 5-6 year loan on a used vehicle. We would highly suggest Brad and Penske Honda to anyone looking to purchase a Honda vehicle. From the atmosphere at the dealership to the friendly people that we met to options they have to offer, Penske has it all and we will never go anywhere else.

This is my third time getting a car from this dealer shop. I always look for agent Song Park because my expectations for a sales person are always met. Every single time he tries his best to help me finding the perfect car within my price range. He is professional, friendly, and most importantly, knows well about his products. So If you wanna have a phenomenal experience for getting a car, I highly recommend him and this dealer shop!

My wife and I initially had contact with Kevin Cooper by email. We arrived unannounced and Kevin introduced him self but was busy with a client. To help move us along, he introduced us to Scott and with a nice smooth transition had him assist us. Kevin checked in with us every now and then to see if everything was moving smoothly. Scott was very personable and really good to us. We arrived at the wrong place the "New" car showroom instead of the "Used" car showroom. Scott walked over in the rain to get us. He went above and beyond in serving us. While we were waiting he asked us if we would like some coffee they were out in that showroom, he walked over the the other showroom to get us coffee. He went with us on a demo drive, answered all our questions and they were a lot. The showroom was quite busy when we were there, but Scott kept us informed and all the processing moving smoothly forward. We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite which has a lot of electronic bells and whistles on it. Scott was patient, clear and concise in helping us understand the workings of the various electronics systems and features. We couldn't ask for any better service from start to finish. They made to whole process actually enjoyable. Thanks Penske!

Justin and James were absolutely wonderful in helping me find the right car and the right deal for. They were very patient with all my questions. The made my experience pleasant instead of terrifying as a female car buyer. John Berry explained how all the "bells and whistles" worked in my new car. He set up phone and radio for me and made sure how everything worked. He too was very patient. Thanks to all for a very positive experience!

Sales guy Jeff was great. but beware the best price they can offer for the extended Honda care coverage on a new vehicle. you can go online and get it from several dealers at a great price. Penske will charge you 3 times as much..somewhere around 3-4000 dollar range and act like its a steal. you can get the same coverages and options for 1200-1300 tops from another Honda dealer and that's 0 deductible.

They listed a 2015 Honda Pilot SE on eBay with an option to make an offer. I entered an offer, they never responded. I later called the phone number listed. I was meet with an answering machine. I left a message. Several days have passed and I still haven't received a return call.
