They messed my truck a simple alignment they got it wrong, I took it back to get it fixed for same problem and they wanted to charge me extra 20.00 in the end they gave me my money back but i would never go there again..

I think the tires and the prices are great they are by far one of the cheapest places to go for good quality tires. But the wait time just to put them on is ridiculous. My appointment was at 10. I was there at 930. I didn't leave until around noon. I could of put those tires on faster then that. And it was only 2 people ahead of me and they were getting different services. But great prices non the less

After worrying about a shake that was going on with my front tires I took it to them to have it inspected for free! The man at the desk took the time to really explained what was going on and what wasn't supposed to be happening (eek!!) He gave me all the info and the price and I was shocked at first but I knew there isn't a price for safety! I was amazed by the service I received and was also blessed they were able to do it! Thank you guys for everything! You officially have my business.

I went for an oil change this is what I returned with.Their mechanic backed up my truck to a pole.The owner is the most unprofessional person I have met in Valdosta. I have lived worked and raised a family in this community for 24 yrs and never had an experience this bad. The owner told me " Your truck is damaged that is true but your truck is not new." I had used this place for at least 15 yrs with my other vehicles. He keep repeating " Your truck is old." Ray Norton's unprofessional, rude and offending statement was noteworthy to a customer of decades.

Way overpriced for my brothers car to be fixed. We went somewhere else to get it looked at and it was half the cost then what they charged for it.
The place we went to charged him $500 while RN wanted to charge $1200 and also said something else was wrong with it so $300/$400 more on top of the $1200response / report this review -

I really like this place. The staff is really friendly and always does a great job and tries to give the best possible price when things need to be fixed. I really love that they have a children's area while waiting and some items set up for buying to pass the time. Beautiful facility.
